Juniper Square was implemented at our firm when we launched both an open-end fund and a closed-end fund several years ago. Since we are a small firm, it allowed us to easily automate the subscription process for the funds and setup the investor accounts/positions in a relatively short time-frame. Additionally, it allows the team to more efficiently distribute documents to the investors on a quarterly basis or as needed. Our investors also like that it serves as their own document repository for the funds. It has been a game-changer for our firm. We also value the timely Customer Support that we have received from Juniper Square. Questions are answered and issues are resolved quickly. It is also exciting to see the roadmap that Juniper Square has in place for upcoming enhancements to the product. The product is truly best in class. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Juniper Square? Our firm does not have any major things that we dislike about Juniper Square. We did have some issues with the automated subscription process with some investors missing items or not following the directions closely enough so we had to fix some issues during the subscription process. It is benefiting the Firm by serving as the tracking mechanism for our fundraising process as well as serving as a hub for investor communications.
