I use Northspyre to track commitments and actual spending and projects against each budget line. It automates a lot of processes I had to do manually in Procore. It can smart scan invoices and contracts and auto-categorize them to the respective budget lines, which has eliminated a lot of manual data entry. I can create complex reports in a couple of clicks and put together a complete draw package in a couple of minutes, including anticipated cost reports, disbursement lists, sworn statements, and invoice packages. The initial setup was very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I find that Northspyre doesn’t calculate negative exposures (projected cost savings) correctly. I’d like it to recognize negative exposure as anticipated cost savings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
