Its clean and simple interface makes navigation easy. On the admin side, it saves us a great deal of time with seamless document uploads, downloads, and the ability to send mass emails. Running distributions through Agora is straightforward and effortless **What do you dislike about Agora Real Estate?** In our time using agora we have not had any downsides. Any minor issues we had, we emailed Daniel and he quickly set up a meeting the next day!! **What problems is Agora Real Estate solving and how is that benefiting you?** we used to run Distributions manually we now run auto through agora. we no longer need to collect bank info as the investors upload themselves. We also use to notify our investors about new opportunites and send out e- docs to sign, so no more paper clutter! ### 2. They transferred all our data and went the extra mile to get all the details right. Dafna Perlstein knew exactly what needed to be done in the transfer process and made me feel that she would ensure everything was complete. Haim Gerchenovith has also given me special attention and time to educate me and ensure that I know the system and am proficient as a user. They both are first rate and I assume the rest of Agora RE are just the same! **What do you dislike about Agora Real Estate?** This is the second investor software we've used, so I only have one other system to compare. Nonetheless, Agora RE needs to add additional levels of control for Staff Management. We have added different General Partners for every real estate syndication we've done and each Staff person should only be able to see and control the project they are associated with. I also love the customer support. They are very quick to answer emails, always help out with questions, and are always following up to see how you are doing. **What do you dislike about Agora Real Estate?** Personally, the downside for me has been the operations tab. Haim and the entire Agora team have been incredibly flexible in helping us tailor their platform to fit our business model. Our investors love how easy it is to navigate and get the documents they need. The implementation was very well spelled out for me to get all the information uploaded correctly. The support from the staff has been incredible throughout the implentation as well as after we had everything set up. **What do you dislike about Agora Real Estate?** It was a bit time consuming to get everything up and going but was well worth it in the end. **What problems is Agora Real Estate solving and how is that benefiting you?** They solved an issue where I inputted an investors amount incorrectly as well as an issue where I accidentally inputted an investors funds to the wrong asset. I can also easily send out an email to all of our contacts, or just specific ones I choose. **What do you dislike about Agora Real Estate?** I wish there was a more comprehensive email marketing tool where emails could be designed as they are in constant contact and mailchimp. I also can't export the list of the email addresses that bounced when I sent out an email to all of our contacts. However, with over 100 investors across a growing portfolio, we needed a better and more efficient means to organize and communicate with them all. Agora has been a great solution allowing me as asset manager to have complete control and oversight across the portfolio in a single online dashboard. Furthermore, many investors have commented how professional looking the interface is as well as the ease of use to access key information. We have been very pleased with Agora so far! **What do you dislike about Agora Real Estate?** While I have not yet used every component of functionality within Agora, so far there have been no major downsides. It's difficult to get a 100% signup rate across all investors as some, no matter how hard you urge, will just never commit. However, I can at least still use the system to distribute notices and other communications via the CRM email system regardless of whether or not the investor has opened an account. **What problems is Agora Real Estate solving and how is that benefiting you?** Previously I managed all investor communications, contact info and distribution of documents via spreadsheets and email lists. Agora has enabled me to organize our entire portfolio into a single, easy to use cloud based dashboard where I can gather information or send communications in a few simple clicks. It really personalizes the experience for our investors, particularly being able to login and see their historical returns to-date, access quarterly updates or K1 documents, etc. For a smaller organization, to be able to provide such professional looking service is a huge benefit and keeps our investors informed and happy. As a next step, we hope to eventually transition to processing all quarterly distributions through the Agora system and move away from our online banking systems. ### 12. The manner in which we are able to see these contributions and distributions makes it very easy to keep track of. While we are still new to the system, the ability to send capital calls and create offerings for raising money is of great use to our team. We do not handle equity based investments, but most CRMs are geared toward equity. This required us to do a lot of work arounds. With Agora, they understand what we are trying to do. For example, they have a debt lending membership class feature that allows me to track maturity dates and promissory notes as well as changing interest rates. And I can create my own custom fields for whatever information I need to track. This customization is great for individualizing the experience. I also love how dedicated they are to making things work, whether it is a backend adjustment or a work around to fit our needs. I usually have a lot of specific needs and they are always excited and willing to listen to my feedback and advocate for updates that I would like. I have a client success representative assinged to our account as well and it is extremely helplful to have a point of contact that is consistent and always ready to help with a question or show me how to do something. The security policies and certificates that Agora has also gives me and our investors even more peace of mind. **What do you dislike about Agora Real Estate?** One of the few downsides is that if you want to make same day or next day ACH payments directly out of Agora to investors, all investors need to have a bank account that can be Plaid verified and not all banks can at this time. Hopefully that can be improved with time as Plaid broadens their scope. The system is also geared more toward tracking commitment data, which is great for most investments that use capital calls. We don't, which can be frustrating at times. But with their great customer support, Agora has listened to my desire for an option to center more on contribution data and are looking into implementing the feature in the future. **What problems is Agora Real Estate solving and how is that benefiting you?** Tracking and organizing hundreds of investors, their investment amounts, their maturity dates, and their interest. It also helps with securely storing required personal contact information from our investors. It also helps track historical distribution and contribution data, allowing us to share all this information with our investors for great transparency. ### 46.
