It is easy, efficient, and has great customer support.

I find the platform of Cash Flow Portal very intuitive for managing investor profiles, communications, and sharing documentation. The distribution process is very easy and the capital call setup is clear and well-organized. I love that I can make product requests, and the staff are often able to address these requests, improving the platform further. I also love their email tracking system, which is much more functional. The staff support really stands out to me as they are always available to help and resolve issues quickly. I am also grateful for the numerous meetings with Chloe and the clarification she has been able to provide throughout the whole setup process and season of getting to know the platform. And having a team WhatsApp channel helps immensely - shout out to Abigail as well for her assistance with many of our investors' late-in-the-day requests.
