**What do you like best about Re-Leased?**

I like that Re-Leased does everything needed for property management, including inputting expenses, lease, and tenant management, along with all the other tasks that come with property management.

**What do you dislike about Re-Leased?**

I definitely think the maintenance portal needs improvement. Our tradies find that the work orders are very small font, have very limited input, and there's no live work order feature. This makes it difficult for them to report back when there's an issue and ends up making it a bit of a three-way communication with us and the tenants. I would like it to work more like Tapi does in residential. Also, the initial setup was quite hard because we didn't have a lot of training videos, and we had to rely mostly on Re-Leased's training videos, which, thankfully, are much better now.

**What problems is Re-Leased solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Re-Leased helps us manage time efficiently and handles expenses, lease input, and tenant management, which is crucial in managing over 160 properties.

**What do you like best about Re-Leased?**

I enjoyed how customisable it is. We were able to add/ remove items and make it suited to exactly what was needed. 
I also liked the structure of the sessions- where I would share my screen so it was more interactive learning.

**What do you dislike about Re-Leased?**

The data upload not being correct. - I found it hard when first using the system, checking that the data upload was correct. As I was new to the system, I didn't know all the areas that I needed to check properly in order for it to be validated properly. As we went through the sessions, we found some incorrect data that I had missed to begin with.

**What problems is Re-Leased solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has solved efficiency, everything was manually done through excel beforehand. I found I would often miss key dates, but released has removed this issue.

They are constantly upgrading their systems to meet customers’ requirements. They stay ahead of competitors by keeping up with current industry needs, such as cloud-based solutions and the adoption of AI.

There have been a few issues with account reporting; however, due to the updates that are expected to be implemented over the next year or so, I believe these will be rectified.

There system is modern and easy to use. You can easily find information you are looking for without having to do prior training.

What stands out most for me is how thoughtfully designed Re-Leased is. It’s not just software — it’s a genuine time-saver. I also appreciate how supportive the onboarding process was; the local rep, Atul Sharma, was fantastic. He walked me through every step with patience and professionalism, which made the whole experience even better.

The only thing that initially threw me off was the volume of features — there’s so much it can do! But after some guidance from Atul and the Re-Leased team, I quickly realised how powerful that flexibility actually is.

Re-Leased has brought order and clarity to my day-to-day management. I used to spend hours chasing details that are now instantly available. The system keeps me ahead of key dates, tracks payments, and even generates professional reports for clients — all in a few clicks. I loved how the user interface looks like and how i can manage tenancies in single click and hassle free. Also the integration with xero making my task more effective

**What do you dislike about Re-Leased?**

Probably on login issue where i kept getting blocked access as the ip address issues so had to use incognito browser. Still haven’t fixed and still using incognito.

Helping mitigate risk and helpful for commercial property manager with multiple tenancies.

Email features to send emails without using third party apps and everything is solved.

The interface is intuitive and requires minimal training, it’s easy for both accountants and property managers to use.
All our financial and property data is centralised in one place, improving transparency and reducing errors.
We can run reconciliations from within Re-Leased and generate user friendly reports, saving significant time and reducing risk.
The “lock-down” feature gives us confidence in data integrity

Re-Leased is used daily, it brings everything together and is easy to use.

The ability to pull out a trial balance when not linked to xero would be great, we currently have to manually create these

We were previously using an outdated system, it was disjointed people only fully understood the areas of the software they worked in it was difficult to join up, Released brings this all together we no longer have to ask questions to another department to work out whats happening the software is easy undestand and we can now self serve ourselves with the answers providing a higher level of advice and service our side

**What do you like best about Re-Leased?**

ReLeased has been a game changer for our property management workflow. One of its standout features is its seamless integration with Xero, making our accounting processes more efficient and streamlined. Being a cloud-based platform, it allows our team to access the system from anywhere, which is especially useful for a dynamic business like property management.

What really sets ReLeased apart is their dedication to continuous improvement. Unlike our previous software, which had essentially stopped evolving, ReLeased actively listens to user feedback and is always working on updates and new features. It's reassuring to know they take our suggestions seriously, making the software better with each iteration.

Their customer support team is fantastic—always available to help, and there are plenty of "how-to" resources online when we need quick answers. Carolyn from the training team made the implementation process so smooth. She was easy to communicate with, and her training was thorough, making sure we felt confident in using the system from day one.

One of the most impressive aspects is how intuitive the platform is. It's incredibly easy to use, saving us hours of time. The ability to make notes on properties and tenants has increased transparency across our team. We used to rely on countless spreadsheets and post-it notes scattered with little details, which made finding important information a nightmare. Now, everything is centralised and easy to access.

I also love the reminder feature—property management involves juggling so many tasks, and it’s great to have a system that helps me stay organised. I log in every day, and I can't imagine going back to how we used to operate. ReLeased has made our work more efficient and less stressful.

**What do you dislike about Re-Leased?**

While I don't have any major negatives about ReLeased yet, I am still learning to fully trust the software. Having used our previous system, where everything was done manually, I always knew when something had been completed, even though the process was tedious. With ReLeased automating many tasks, I find myself triple-checking to make sure things like invoices have auto-generated correctly. This is more a matter of adjusting to a new system rather than a flaw in the software itself, but it's something I’m still getting used to.

Another aspect to be mindful of is that the initial implementation and the first few months of using ReLeased do take up a considerable amount of time. While this process allowed us to clean up and filter out old data, and ensured that everything we input was accurate, it was still quite time-consuming. I don’t think there’s a way around this, but it's important to be aware that the transition phase might require extra effort before the system begins to pay off fully.

**What problems is Re-Leased solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Re-Leased has significantly reduced our reliance on spreadsheets, and we're on track to eliminate them entirely soon. This has streamlined our processes, ensuring that everyone on the team has clear visibility into key details like rent reviews and lease expirations. One of the biggest benefits is that we no longer have to update information across multiple platforms or locations. Additionally, the automation of invoicing has been a game changer—no more manually invoicing each tenant every month. This has saved us a lot of time and reduced the chances of errors, making our workflow much more efficient and accurate.

I love Re-Leased for its ease of navigation and simplicity of use, which made it easy for me to learn and use efficiently. The maintenance process and the new AI processes are quite helpful, despite needing a bit more work. I find the forms and accounting features to be incredibly beneficial, streamlining the tasks and responsibilities involved in property management. Without Re-Leased, our tasks would take significantly longer, and the ability to access the app and website allows work to be done efficiently from anywhere, which is a huge advantage.

Navigating budgets can be challenging, especially when the property owner is responsible for some expenses, making it cumbersome. The AI features, though promising, require more flexibility in their templates to better serve diverse needs. Additionally, clarity on summary pages is lacking; I often find it unclear whether the rent or rate per sqm figures include GST, which can lead to misunderstandings or errors in calculations.

Couple times throughout the day released is super slow and takes a while to load anything. Other than that it’s pretty good

I like Re-Leased for its Credia and side by side reviewing features because they lead to a faster approval process. I can see the data and put data in faster, which gives me more time to focus on other tasks.

Having used Re-Leased for over eight years I like many features. If I had to pick one best feature it would be the dashboard….great way to keep on top of things coming up.

**What do you dislike about Re-Leased?**

One current frustration is getting a clear record of where funds in a tenancy ledger have been applied. There doesn’t seem to be a simple way to show tenants how any balance has been applied.. Another frustration is when Re-Leased goes slow / stalls.

Arrears - clear picture of current arrears and easy to manage with email templates.

Re-Leased is night and day in comparison to the system we were using before. It is user friendly and easy to navigate. It streamlines repetitive tasks and I find that the team working on Re-Leased take on feedback and make the changes that they can.

**What do you like best about Re-Leased?**

I find the integration with Xero to be pretty good, which helps by allowing me to manage one set of accounts that owners have visibility over.

**What do you dislike about Re-Leased?**

Credia AI is expensive and does not work. The system is designed by software engineers and not actually property managers. The cost of $200 per month compared with tools provided by Google (Gemini) which are more intuitive and work out of the box. Charging extra for the property manager app makes no sense to me. I pay for a service and having to pay for something which I feel should be a part of the basic package really dampens my enthusiasm of the product.

“We transitioned from a residential-focused system plus spreadsheets to Re-Leased, and the change has been night and day. The onboarding was smooth and supported, and now trust accounting, reconciliations, and reporting just flow. 
The cloud access gives our team clarity and consistency no matter where we’re working. Audits are simpler, owner statements are polished and timely, and we no longer waste time patching together data.

As a new Commercial Agent, I have found Re-Leased to be an excellent system that is both easy to navigate and very user-friendly. The intuitive layout has made the learning process smooth and efficient, allowing me to quickly build confidence in managing day-to-day tasks. The platform saves time, streamlines processes, and provides everything I need in one place. Overall, Re-Leased has been a great tool in helping me settle into my role with ease.

The least helpful aspect I’ve found is the limitation of using the app for work orders while on site. Having full functionality in the app to manage and send work orders in real time would make the system even more efficient.

It is a great repository for all our property information and documents relating to a property or tenancy can be easily found. Love how everything can be streamlined and automated to make it easier e.g. sending invoices, rent reviews, maintenance, BWOF's etc.

No real downside but you have to really spend time in Released to be able to learn about and use all the features.

It is streamlining the invoicing and other processes and it will make tenant oncharging easier. It is making it easier to find all the documents relating to a tenancy. Also a good way to track communication with a tenant as we can make notes like a CRM. I like that Re-Leased is embracing AI and using Credia. They are constantly evolving and listening to the customers.

I really like that Released works in conjunction with Quick Books Online.  Its auto invoicing feature is a huge time saver.  I also like that Released is a repository for all of the information about our properties/assets and that the  information is now accessible to our remote employees without having to make specific requests.

With any off the shelf platform its not custom to your needs.  So, there will be work arounds to get our workflow exactly the way we want to see it.

This software has revolutionised the way we manage our property administration. Once you become familiar with the system, it is straightforward and intuitive to use. However, the implementation process was somewhat disappointing. The integration with Xero was simple, though we did encounter a few initial teething problems.

We have had difficulties managing contacts, as we need the ability to load multiple contacts and ensure they are all emailable.

Re-Leased has allowed us to move away from relying on spreadsheets to manage outgoings, rent reviews, and building compliance. As a result, this shift has significantly reduced our margin for risk.

Re-Leased replaced a lot of different data repositories for us and outdated document management systems

Contact management could be improved.  We have various entities and a contractor can be relevant to all of them.  It is annoying that the contractor has to be entered for each entity and not just under an ‘all companies’ catch all category as other things can be in the software.  Looking forward to the update hopefully coming soon that resolves this.

Super easy to use. Credia makes my life so much easier by processing insurance policies and supplier invoices. Automated functions for chasing rent and documentation from tenants has reduced by workload significantly. The support from our onboarding specialist Carolyn has been outstanding, she was incredibly patient supervising and guiding me during my first month of data entry.

**What do you like best about Re-Leased?**

All the information we needed the most are listed, easy to find out the details of the properties.

**What do you dislike about Re-Leased?**

If they can add a feature that we can choose the field or table we need and output as pdf or excel, will be awesome.

**What problems is Re-Leased solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are easily to put all the information of the property to the system, and every co-worker will know what's happening, good for some stage when we need the update and no need to ask.

**What do you like best about Re-Leased?**

Fit for our purpose, modern usage platform, integration with finance, excellent solution to our problems.
Our implementation consultant (Carolyn Bodisco) was a HUGE asset in our transition from start to Go Live

Nothing as yet. We are only just live, so hopefully nothing comes up.

The ease of navigation has improved vastly since we first started using this in 2018

Hard to resolve issues with help desk. Better access

It is hard to answer because as a small company we are not able to afford Credia Plus
