I use Prophia for lease abstraction and reporting, and I love that its AI abstracts key lease data so I don't have to read the entire lease. I think the AI search function is amazing because it helps me query data and create custom data tables from lease data. Instead of creating a custom report from scratch, I can ask the AI to create a template for all leases at a property for tenant insurance requirements, which saves me a lot of time. The integration of pushing lease data from Prophia to Yardi is something we have not been able to utilize due to the timing it takes Prophia to initially set up all of our leases and review them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Prophia allows us to put all of our leases, across our entire portfolio, on one dashboard. It then abstracts every lease with a consistent method that is predictable and allows for the user to rely on the same data pattern to be utilized for every lease. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Prophia is one of the best real estate tools we use daily. We, as owners and asset managers, can quickly view the property snapshot, as well as each tenant's lease details, rent rolls, stacking plans. In the area of the lease/tenant summary, there are links that will take you to the exact lease section to read the details of everything from base years, free rent, what's included in CAM, termination rights, etc etc. My only complaint is that I wish I had this program many years ago when I was a Property Manager. It would have made my life so much easier! For all they offer, you can't beat the associated cost. (The cherry on top is everyone on their staff I have worked with is SUPER helpful and kind.) The abstract is very informative and detailed. Searching for pertinent information in documents is easy. Uploading and managing documents is a breeze and the customer service experience has been extremely pleasant with all reps being very helpful in organizing tenant information and answering questions.
