What do you like best about tax.com?

Tax.com is a highly advanced application that offers a wide range of features and functionalities. It enables us to customize processes based on our requirements and generate accurate, reliable outputs in the desired format. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about tax.com?

I observed that under the Subjects tab, the collector addresses available in the Address Book are not always up to date. As a result, we are required to manually verify and update the addresses during processing. Keeping the collector address information current would reduce manual effort, improve accuracy, and save a significant amount of time.

Additionally, we noticed that certain options and functionalities are currently unavailable within the Reports section. Enhancing the reporting capabilities by providing additional options would help us generate reports more efficiently and customize the output based on our requirements. What problems is tax.com solving and how is that benefiting you?

Most of the time, I need to reach out to the Tax.com team to resolve issues related to installment rules. It is very important that these rules are updated accurately and on a timely basis, as they directly impact the accuracy of the Tax Due Report. Keeping the installment rules up to date will help ensure that all tax obligations are captured correctly, minimize the risk of missed payments, and avoid unnecessary penalties and interest.
