## Dealpath Reviews
  ### 1. Dealpath Transformed Our Workflow with Streamlined Tracking and Outstanding Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bo J. | Director of Development, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Dealpath?**

Dealpath has changed the way we do business. Tracking and reporting have never been easier and more streamlined. We are able to customize the platform to suit our needs, as well as everyone on the platform customizing how the platform best works for them. The level of customer service is also one of the best things about dealpath. Over the past few years i have grown to have a real relationship with our customer success contacts, Jeff Bell and Charlie Carothers, and we couldn't be happier with our experience to this point.

**What do you dislike about Dealpath?**

Sometimes, dealpath seems to be slower than what you would expect from a website in 2026. frequently, users on our platform tell me that they have to log out/log in often to get something to update, as well as physically refresh the page to make things work at times. dont think i use any other website where i have to physcially refresh. granted, there are thousands of background activiites going on on the platform while it is in use, constant calculations, etc, as the platfom is very "smart". While it doesnt hamper our success with the platform, it is a bit frustrating at times.

**What problems is Dealpath solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Dealpath has changed our company in the way we report information both internally and externally. it saves me time, and is always accurate based on the inputs we have physically created. i can also make brand new reports on the fly in seconds when our executive asks for something they think may take a lot of time, i can usually have something new and unique they dream up to report on in less than a minute.

  ### 2. DealPath Keeps Our Deal Data Organized and Easy to Access

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marquis O. | VP of Finance, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Dealpath?**

DealPath allows us to store and access all of our data quickly and effectively. It’s become an integral part of our business workflow, helping us track both closed deals and our pipeline. On top of that, the customer service reps have been incredible—always timely with their responses and genuinely helpful, whether we need a change made in our system or want to share feedback about DealPath itself.

**What do you dislike about Dealpath?**

New features tend to slow the website down a bit when they’re first launched, but this is usually addressed quickly and fixed in the weeks that follow.

**What problems is Dealpath solving and how is that benefiting you?**

DealPath is our go-to source of truth. It’s where all our deal information lives—from address and building size to due diligence task lists and pro forma data. Their robust API allows us to create internal apps and dashboards that are truly invaluable to the company. DealPath gives us stability when tracking our deal data, while still offering the flexibility to add and create any new data fields we need.

  ### 3. Streamlines Transactions but Reporting Creation Process Needs Improvement

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Werner G. | Senior Business System Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Dealpath?**

I like that Dealpath makes pipeline calls organized and it's great that all of the data can be found in one place. I also appreciate the multiple ways to load deals into the system, mainly using Dealpath Data Ingestion, and I'm curious if the Listings Dashboard can be leveraged more by our teams. Additionally, the API features are really useful as our data and engineering teams use them to export data out of Dealpath into our proprietary systems, allowing wider visibility for team members not having a Dealpath license.

**What do you dislike about Dealpath?**

The ability to create reports that are exportable to PDF is messy. It is tough to tell when creating the report, adding columns, and modifying column size whether or not it will fit onto one page. The transactions team likes to export to PDF and sometimes print out the reports for their pipeline meeting, so getting the reports to fit nicely is pivotal.

**What problems is Dealpath solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Dealpath organizes our pipeline meetings and consolidates all data on investment opportunities, making it accessible in one place.

  ### 4. Dealpath Keeps Every Project Detail Centralized and Easy to Track

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Julius S. | Direct of Construction, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Dealpath?**

Dealpath's ability to bring everything together in one place—from pipeline visibility and SPM assignments to tracking costs, change orders, and buyout—so I always have a clear picture of where each project stands. It helps me stay on top of pay applications, insurance requirements, and key building delivery dates while keeping all project information organized and accessible. Having all of this centralized makes it easier to manage multiple projects at once, maintain accountability across the team, and quickly identify any issues before they become bigger problems.

**What do you dislike about Dealpath?**

Sometimes Dealpath is slow to respond, and it often takes a while to load information.

**What problems is Dealpath solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Dealpath’s team of professionals is currently helping our company streamline our change order tracking process. This includes improved tracking of allowances and contingency by status and source, along with better visibility into the approval workflow from initial submission through final execution.

  ### 5. Dealpath Streamlines Deal Pipeline Management with Exemplary Support

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Real Estate | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Dealpath?**

Dealpath is very helpful in managing pipeline deals and ensuring that we track various approval processes at various stages of the acquisition. Furthermore, the post-implementation support from Dealpath has been exemplary.

**What do you dislike about Dealpath?**

There are instances when there are small bugs and discrepancies in the UI. But the support team has always been proactive in handling them for us.

**What problems is Dealpath solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Dealpath enables us in managing acquisition and disposition data and approvals all at one place. We also find it useful how their various info-views have improved our otherwise isolated workflows and documentation processes into a singular, coherent workflow.

  ### 6. Centralized To-Dos with Customizable Templates, Dates, and Email Reminders

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Commercial Real Estate | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Dealpath?**

Organizes a projects "to-do" list in one location and can track review/approvals by various team members per task. I like that you an assign dates to each task and reminders are sent out via email. Being able to customize the task list both from a template standpoint but also in real time is very helpful.

**What do you dislike about Dealpath?**

Once the user interface is built, its fairly locked in unless you make a wholesale change, so when there are variations in certain things (i.e. no two projects are identical) it can become difficult to enter the information exactly as you would desire. You are forced to live with the template that was built.

**What problems is Dealpath solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Organizing projects and the task list, being able to see in real time whats been done and what hasnt is very helpful for a manger.

  ### 7. Flexible Deal Tracking with Customizable Views

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Liyuan Y. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Dealpath?**

I like the flexibility Dealpath offers to create customized views for tracking information according to my preferences. It's very easy to create new information fields, information views, and workflows in Dealpath. The initial setup is also very easy.

**What do you dislike about Dealpath?**

filters are a bit limited, can't create wildcard filter

The platform is both sophisticated and user-friendly, and Michelle & Allie are always available to implement customized solutions and troubleshoot any issues.

**What do you dislike about Dealpath?**

Integration with external resources is limited without incurring additional costs.

**What problems is Dealpath solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Dealpath's consolidated framework facilitates collaboration between cross-functional operating groups and promotes the alignment of organizational objectives.

  ### 9. Jeff Bell is a super star !!

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Dealpath?**

Jeff - our DealPath customer success manager is incredibly helpful. He is very knowledgeable about the platform and is always keen to help out where he can.

I also find the tracking and customisability of the software helpful. Often we have complicated requirements and (alongside Jeff's help) we can cater to our own needs.

**What do you dislike about Dealpath?**

Sometimes the UI can be a little clunky and some of the functionality is hardcoded defaults that cannot be changed. If there is a conflict (like with status) you cannot modify the functionality.

**What problems is Dealpath solving and how is that benefiting you?**

DealPath is helping us with our deal tracking and pipeline flow. It also helps to pull all information into one place.
