
Dealpath has changed the way we do business. Tracking and reporting have never been easier and more streamlined. We are able to customize the platform to suit our needs, as well as everyone on the platform customizing how the platform best works for them. The level of customer service is also one of the best things about dealpath. Over the past few years i have grown to have a real relationship with our customer success contacts, Jeff Bell and Charlie Carothers, and we couldn't be happier with our experience to this point. Sometimes, dealpath seems to be slower than what you would expect from a website in 2026. frequently, users on our platform tell me that they have to log out/log in often to get something to update, as well as physically refresh the page to make things work at times. dont think i use any other website where i have to physcially refresh. granted, there are thousands of background activiites going on on the platform while it is in use, constant calculations, etc, as the platfom is very "smart". While it doesnt hamper our success with the platform, it is a bit frustrating at times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
