The thing I like best about the platform is that it does all the calculations for accrued preferred return and distribution amounts for me. Before, I was using excel to manage these calculations, which took a lot of time and I constantly had to fix errors. The ability to centralize entity documents, calculations and investor payments with simple and user-friendly setup and maintenance. IMS also stays on top of technological advances unique to the real-estate industry such as the recent release of seamless integration with Yardi. The only issues we've experienced are a few items on the investor dashboard haven't consistently reported correctly for investors with multiple investments in the same entity. We like the ease of retail investment including accredited investor confirmation and online enrollment and investment. We appreciate being able to track interest in our investment opportunities the calculation of the distribution waterfall.
