Our first impression was that the Agora team is fantastic: enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and accessible. As a small PE firm, we were particularly focused on getting strong support and being able to speak with real people, not AI bots.

Second, the platform feels more robust than competitors’ offerings and is attractively priced. It should scale and grow with us and continue to serve our needs as we expand. I think the toughest part for us was having to learn a new platform quickly, and a few areas were simply not intuitive to use.
