What do you like best about ARGUS Enterprise?

* Argus Enterprise, availability to could valuate any property in the long term in real estate project. All the tools of valuation are really advance and its really complete. Also, a sensibility tool to run different scenarios to one property with different CAP Rates or different purchase price scenarios.

*Access by a website, this platform could be used in any computer that you have installed all required programs

*Allow sharing with more persons from your company, and both could work on the same project live stream. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ARGUS Enterprise?

First, the platform is not so friendly to use, would require that some level of expertise to use. I will have to pay expensive courses to learn how to use the basics tools. Also, you have to pay for each member not could be a full package, also its expensive. If the price would be lower many users and companies could use it. Not easy to install you would require a lot of programs like Citrix and other projects.

Building a project takes some time and not so fast if its a simple single tenant. Required a lot of information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ARGUS Enterprise?

I like the Audit reports for the software, especially the lease Audit section. They breakdown every lease for you to understand the valuation drivers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ARGUS Enterprise?

A downside about Argus is that if there is a server outage within the corporation, you will have issues logging in.

Additionally, the program is somewhat complex for you to understand how to valuate the property from scratch, but at the same time user friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ARGUS Enterprise solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about ARGUS Enterprise?

What do you dislike about ARGUS Enterprise?

Argus has never been the most user friendly experience. The things you disliked from the previous version are still there, mainly that it is an arduous process to set up a file. I also had to click around a lot to figure out where everything was and how to change inputs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering ARGUS Enterprise:

If you work in commercial real estate and do acquisitions or dispositions you are probably going to need to work in Argus as some point so just bite the bullet and learn the software and it's not too bad. It also was able to import files from old versions easily so that was a help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ARGUS Enterprise solving and how is that benefiting you?

I modeled a project that has several phases of building and then was able to combine the phases into a comprehensive project. We were mainly setting up a file to get the cash flow stream for valuation but also to have a file to distribute to potential buyers if requested. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
