It is nice to see people sign in. The store feature is useful.

**What do you dislike about PushPress?**

The application crashes a lot. Many members have a hard time signing in and staying signed in.

We needed a system for members to sign up and that has filled that need when the app works.

**What do you like best about PushPress?**

Push Press Grow and their customer service have been the game-changers for us. We are able to have a lot of the backend communications done for us with Push Press Grow so we can focus on the product we put out in our gym.

**What do you dislike about PushPress?**

The only thing I dislike is that their POS system is a little difficult. could be a little easier and smoother and maybe function well with a barcode scanner or a card reader. but it's not that big of a problem for us we don't do a lot of Product sales

**Recommendations to others considering PushPress:**

I highly recommend Push Press they have the best customer service. and their product has been amazing for us. we have been able to easily grow our relationship and our community using their product. they are constantly looking to make the life of the gym owner, coach and gym member better and easier.

They have customer communication so much easier and more consistent. We were able to automate a lot of our communications with member leads and current members .

**What do you like best about PushPress?**

PushPress is a solid product from top to bottom.  For us that means their product meets all of our needs.  Anything we need to do from a gym management perspective can be done through PushPress and their add ons.  Secondly having been in the IT field for quite a few years I can honestly say their customer support and tech support is second to none.  When you want to focus your time on your gym and less on fixing your technology, support like that of PushPress is what you want!  You will not regret choosing the product and team at PushPress!

**What do you dislike about PushPress?**

There have been a few things that have been minor glitches with PushPress and many were fixed in a timely matter.  If there was anything I would say that could use some tiny updates it would be the store feature, but since we don't do much with that part of the product it has not bothered us much at all.

**Recommendations to others considering PushPress:**

JUST DO IT!  You will not regret joining the PushPress family.  Their product and service are second to none.  Thanks PushPress team for all you do in helping us and so many others serve our communities better!

**What problems is PushPress solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our lead gathering and tracking has never been better since going to PushPress.  The availability of member info and reporting makes our job so much easier when that data is needed.  In this season we have realized how much we love the reservation and check in features as we have had to cap class sizes due to the pandemic.  And as an added bonus we get helpful gym hints and tips from PushPress as they have great knowledge and many of their staff are also gym owners/managers themselves.

The campaigns are easy to create and someone is always there to help and double check them.

When there are updates it's throws a lot of my workflows backward and we don't know till it stops working for me. 
Would also like weekend response time

PushPress automates so many of the administrative parts of my job and allows me to focus on clients and growing the business.

I wish the CRM had a little more flexibility to work with donors that gibe to our nonprofit gym, but other than that there's not much to dislike.

Give it a try. It'll save you tons of time and the team at PP is incredibly helpful.

I don't have the bandwidth to follow up and message all of my clients.  PushPress automates that and saves me so many hours of work.

A very comprehensive software that allows most of the important features to be used even by free members. I find it intuitive and easy to use. The team is very quick and helpful whenever help is required.

**What do you dislike about PushPress?**

I wish there was more options for email triggers. I find it quite basic in that it doesn't allow to create specific triggers, for example whenever a non-recurring membership expires, I seem to not be able to set up an automated email to be sent out to the member and the admins.

**What problems is PushPress solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main issue that I've solved is the ability to have everything under control in just one place and also that I can use any preferred method of payment, including cash. This really helps my business as we try to keep our membership as cheap as possible to allow the community to participate actively in the activity.

I love that PushPress is intuitive and easy to use. It's exactly what I need for my small-scale classes, and my members love the ease of use with the Member App.

I have yet to run into a feature of PushPress that I dislike.

I would highly recommend PushPress to those who are also building a business around fitness classes and gym memberships because if its ease of use and scalability.

I have solved the issue of organization within my small business. It is so much easier for me to keep track of my growing classes and registrations. Allowing my members to register for class themselves has freed up more mental time and space for me to focus on the product.

PushPress has helped simplify the day-to-day operations of my gym.  As a solo operator, this is priceless.   Their focus on customer satisfaction is amazing!

Aside from some refinements to the integration between Core, Train and Grow, there's really not much to dislike.

It's stable, easy to manage and stable.  Customer support is outstanding.

The ability to interact and communicate with my leads and existing customers from a single interface is a game-changer for me.

I would like to see an overview from the calendar of who is registered or had attended each class, by hovering over that session.

**What do you like best about PushPress?**

The quick and easy installation is beneficial. The integration with Stripe makes it simple to create recurring payments and remove the hassle of taking money from members and wondering if they will or won't renew their subscription.

**What do you dislike about PushPress?**

The product is mainly US focused and it would be great if the system would integrate with my door entry system so when a member renews (or not) it resets their door access. It would also be good to have a notes field to capture anything about the member.

**What problems is PushPress solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Push press makes it easy to set up your business, add members and products and take recurring payments. It is quick to setup and provides lots of great ideas on how to extend your customer experience with nutrition, workouts etc.

**What do you like best about PushPress?**

The platform has a pleasing UI, is easy and logical to navigate, and overall makes running my gym easier! The customer service team is extremely helpful and responsive as well.

**What do you dislike about PushPress?**

I am ready for TRAIN, but know it's coming! I'd also like a coach's "view" in the member app (so I can see coaches' notes I added to the workout).

Be sure to give time and attention to billing cycles when migrating.

For a growing gym, this has been the perfect solution. I got into an amazing product with minimal investment.

**What do you like best about PushPress?**

Easy to use. You can see all the classes for the day, who is teaching, and what the class is about. You also get the address and who else is attending the class in view.  Simple to reserve and unreserve. Also, the appointment is added directly to your calendar, and you get a reminder, THIS IS BRILLIANT! 

Push press is also an excellent platform for communication with your members - sending out scheduled emails and texts, checking birthdays for specialised messages, and CRM to keep track of everything, especially when more than one coach is working on leads etc.

It integrates with SugarWOD to show WOD

**What do you dislike about PushPress?**

If an athlete attends a class but didn't reserve, they can not click reserve/attend at a later date so that your history shows you went to that class.

**Recommendations to others considering PushPress:**

We have used a few different apps/ systems over the years, but Push Press has been our favourite and the one we have stuck with the longest. I would definitely recommend using Push Press for ease, compatibility, and smooth service across the running of your business.

**What problems is PushPress solving and how is that benefiting you?**

From a user's perspective: the previously mentioned calendar entry and reminder are brilliant to avoid missing a class. You can see who booked in, so if you want to avoid a particular person, you know they are going and can reserve a different time! 

From a management point of view: It's great that you know who is coming to class so if there are any special requirements you can prepare. It also means that limited numbers dodon'to over capacity, or if we had to do a track & trace case, we know who was in and when. 
The 30mins before class reservation cut-off is a good tool. If noone is booked in by 30 mins before class is due to start, I know that I can cancel and get on with other things. 

Clients being able to purchase their memberships is quick and straightforward. And when selling packs of 5 or 10 we do not have to keep a count of classes, the app reservations does this for us.

Push press has some great integrations that other reservation apps do not so that you can set up a seamless system.

**What do you like best about PushPress?**

PushPress is simple to use and their customer onboarding process and support is second to none. They are always quick to respond to any issues and very much a customer focused busienss.

**What do you dislike about PushPress?**

There's not many downsides to be honest. If I was to be picky, it would be great to get more regular updates about new features. They do this but being even more regular would be useful to understand how their platform is developing. I would also like to see the customer sign up pages developed into a more aesthetically pleasing design, or have the ability to customise the design from the backend.

**What problems is PushPress solving and how is that benefiting you?**

PushPress provides an easy lead capture solution for new contacts coming in to our business. The sign up process for new members is seamless which makes signing up new members really easy.

Check ins are super simple and allow me, as a coach, to know what to expect for my class size. The fact that we can cap the class sizes is also amazing. Sometimes it's hard to coach if the class is too large, so it allows us to pull and extra coach in if needed with advance notice.

Our previous system was not made specifically for gyms, so coming to PushPress has made a WORLD of difference - more than that though is how quickly they respond and the atmosphere on their Facebook group.  So many things have been made easier for us through PushPress and I am ETERNALLY grateful as a small business owner with a full-time job trying to do the most with the little time I have.

There are a few things I miss from our old platform: being able to charge different costs for event tickets, being able to email people invoices, and being able to create forms and waivers.

This is a great system for a gym and totally worth your time. It will make your life SO much easier - whether it's the free version or the paid.

While not all of our users use/have smartphones, many of them found our last platform's app confusing. For us, it tracks our payroll in a way that our last system would not allow, it has an easier calendar format, it allows for pre-orders and events in a way that our previous system did not without more money.

The dashboard gives me everything I need to know about my day. The set up was super easy, and I'm not the most tech savvy person. Easy to use from my phone, and accessing member data and profiles is ridiculously easy compared to other software programs I've used. Also - the ability to email everyone on a list or send a mass text quickly is one of my favorite features. Oh and the price! We are saving so much money compared to what we spent on ZP.

**What do you dislike about PushPress?**

It's not as easy to check people into class as it was when we used zen planner - it's literally the only thing zen planner did better - they had a coaches app that allowed you to see who was signed up for each class, who owed money, who needed to sign a document, and then you could check them in OR take care of whatever they needed to update, right there on your coache's app. I know you can download the check in app on your phone and take care of all of these things but communicating that to my coaches all the time vs just having it all in one spot makes it a little more time consuming when you're trying to focus on running a class. And it's not a bad thing - we can and do totally manage and do just fine - it was just a cool feature ZP did. That said, I'd still never go back to ZP even if you were paying me to use it.

If you want to save money, run a better gym, keep better tabs on your members, and grow your business with software that not only helps you succeed but is easy to use, switch to PushPress!

The benefits are better communication (which is also solving a problem), and keeping up with member birthday and anniversaries keeps us better connected and helps with retention. Keeping an eye on the "at risk members" that show up right on the dashboard help us stay on top of members before we lose them so that's definitely helping with member retention, as well as just check-ins in general!

I love how easy PushPress is to use. It shows all of my membership data and helps me save time and manage members efficently. I love the simplicity of the program. I have used three different software programs, and none were this simple and user-friendly. And when it comes to customer service, they are second to absolutely no one. I left my previous software precisely because of the terrible customer service, and I haven't regretted that a single second. I can get an answer from Push Press within minutes instead of days!

They do need to update their appointment scheduling, but they are working on it, and I believe that because they are speedy to take feedback from their clients and genuinely want to maintain a top-quality product!

PushPress does not have enough data to show. i.e. how many late cancellations, which member has the highest cancellations, syncing with SugarWOD (performance tracker) to show numbers for athletes attending class. Would be good if we can set the week to start on Monday instead of Sunday.

If you’re looking for an easy-to-use booking platform, i highly recommend pushpress! It has a great payments collection, booking system and more! The events setup was a neat bonus.

PP saves me a lot of time by making things like income, and member tracking. The member app is insanely useful to see which classes will be busy and how to prep. I also love the fact that I can send out links for members to sign up with or sign up for drop in's/trials. I love the fact that you can add in other apps that might be useful and that they integrate with the PP software. I said it above but customer service is incredible. The team always has an answer for questions, and the reply time is super fast. They also gave me some good advice in setting up my account and gym. 

My only dislike would be that you technically need to have another app to track workouts. It's not a huge deal to me, but my members like to complain about it. I also wish there was a quicker way to sign in people that have reserved classes.

Wish they had a feature?  They'll hear your request and do what they can to see if it's possible.  
Confused about a feature or need some help?  They're always there to answer questions and make sure you're up and running.  
I've even taken a full on course with Eric from PushPress who walked me through how to run an amazing clinic for my clients...that was ABOVE AND BEYOND!

The most helpful thing about PushPress is how helpful they are. I’m located on the east coast, they’re on the west coast and no matter what time of day or what day of the week I contract them, I get a prompt and friendly response back. 

Also, I love how much Business help they offer. The PushPress user group on FB and through Dan’s emails - they’re always offer so much better business help and advice. There is always an insightful conversation with the PushPress people and the other gym owners.

Honestly, we’ve been with them since the beginning (2014/2015) and we have not had a single bad experience.
