**What do you like best about SugarWOD?**

I love the social aspect and the ability to add notes and photos from workouts.

**What do you dislike about SugarWOD?**

For me, I would enjoy one app that has both class scheduling AND workout tracking/social features. At my gym, we use a separate app for class signups and memberships. And/or a way to see which people were in which class/session.

**What problems is SugarWOD solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me track my progress to compare myself to my previous self, and to get motivation from other gym members.

**What do you like best about SugarWOD?**

It's a fun way to track your own and friends progress in the gym. It's also a good source of friendly competition being able to see everyone else's scores.

**What do you dislike about SugarWOD?**

There are some glitches periodically that affect being able to see other's scores and your own.

**What problems is SugarWOD solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am not a business owner and this question does not pertain to me.

**What do you like best about SugarWOD?**

I like the ease of logging, tracking, and finding my gym progress. I also love being able to see others results and logs so we can push and encourage one another.

**What do you dislike about SugarWOD?**

Sometimes it crashes, but otherwise there is not much about Sugarwod that I do not like.

**What problems is SugarWOD solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sugarwod is helping me keep track of progress and see growth in workouts or specific lifts.
