It was easy to implement (I had my own Implementation Manager who worked with me on all aspects of setup and even walked my Board through how to use it) and to keep using - even with people who might not be the most tech-savvy **What do you dislike about OnBoard Board Management Software?** While I was really excited about the signature feature, it didn't turn out to be as easy to use as I had hoped.  If I want a document signed by each Board Member, I have to create one for each.  I was hoping to be able to upload one document to have signed by all. **Recommendations to others considering OnBoard Board Management Software:** If you are on the fence, you should totally purchase this software - it is easy to use, easy to get setup and the staff are amazingly helpful **What problems is OnBoard Board Management Software solving and how is that benefiting you?** OnBoard has made communicating with the Board incredibly easy! Documents are easily posted to our secure site and I can send notifications from the platform. Instead of printing and sending documents, I can upload all of our Board Meeting materials so that they can be downloaded and reviewed in advance of our meetings. There are often last-minute updates, and I never worry because changes are so quick and easy to make. Those will not load into OnBoard, and so I have to do a trick on my end so it works. On the platform, there is minimal branding you can do to sell your organization's brand to your board members. The "front page" can be set to be the meeting itself, meaning they just click into what they need. The Zoom link within the meeting entry is very simple and useful for getting members to join by zoom. I also enjoyed the wonderful way I can instantly assign time limits to each component of the agenda. We have only used OnBoard for one meeting so far, but I know that we will be getting comfortable with many of the other features offered. The admin support has been really fast and helpful. **What do you dislike about OnBoard Board Management Software?** Two things: 1 - the trustee profiles, once entered, cannot be modified by the administrator. This causes difficulties when addresses and positions change. It does not work for my trustees to keep their own profiles up to date. 2- board books are kept by each meeting, but that provides way more detail than we usually keep in one board book that represents all of the committees. I must edit a board book by hand, therefore. Prior to portals, we had one book that contained the staff reports and board resolutions. I kept getting error messages when would attempted to add my users with their respective meetings. This was inefficient and difficult to make last minutes changes. We also did not love that sensitive financial information was being sent out via email. As the Admin for OnBoard and the Corporate Secretary, I appreciate the ease of use, access, and visibility that OnBoard offers. **What do you dislike about OnBoard Board Management Software?** I can not think of anything we are disgruntled about. We had some tech. learning curves to overcome but this was mainly for some more tech challenged board members! **What problems is OnBoard Board Management Software solving and how is that benefiting you?** Prior to OnBoard all previous minutes were stored in paper form and not the easiest to access or review.
