The downside of Onboard Management software is that I would like to have the ability to customize certain areas more, such as the minutes section during a meeting would be helpful to have more customization ability and the permissions for admins to have different level of permissions for different admins. OnBoard is most helpful in keeping my board organized. We have all the board documents, meetings, agendas, votes, minutes, and announcements in one place. I like that OnBoard is very user friendly with multiple way to access the information. Gives us a great tool to be able to have open discussions on loans and track our voting. Customer support has been very responsive when we have ran into any challenges. It's only been two months, but so far, one thing I noticed was that when I sent minutes to my CEO for review, he made changes and the system never told me there were changes made. I would like to be notified once they've reviewed the minutes and made changes. This way, we can go back and forth without printing and writing on the paper agenda or minutes. My experience thus far with the software has been wonderful! We've had 90% Board participation and as the Board secretary, it's the most efficient and user-friendly platform we have used in years.
