"Simplified Board Meetings, Needs More App Functionality"

What do you like best about BoardPro?

I like BoardPro for its simplicity and efficiency. The agenda builder makes preparing meetings very easy, and the centralized document storage ensures that all board members have secure access to the right information. I also appreciate the multi-device support, which allows me to stay connected whether I'm on desktop or mobile. The agenda builder saves me time by letting me quickly prepare structured meeting agendas. The document storage keeps all governance files in one secure place, so I don't have to search through emails or folders. What do you dislike about BoardPro?

While BoardPro is very effective overall, I think the mobile app could be improved with more functionality. Sometimes the customization options for agendas and reports feel limited, and adding more flexibility would make it even better. "Intuitive Design Makes It a Standout Choice"

What do you like best about BoardPro?

What do you dislike about BoardPro?

One drawback is the lack of an option to export specific Committee documents directly into the Main Board document files, which can be inconvenient. Furthermore, the absence of a built-in messenger makes communication less smooth. BoardPro also does not support integration with Microsoft products, including Co-pilot, which restricts its connectivity. In addition, the Settings do not permit customization of notifications for board members. Integrating with a Policies Management system would be a game changer! What I hadn’t counted on was the ease of use and the time it saves me in curating the minutes and sending it out. Now, I can send out minutes the same day of the board meeting. Additionally, it saves a great deal of time and manual effort by assisting the user in taking minutes of meetings without the need for human interaction and setting agendas against each party.
