What is most helpful with OnBoard is that everything is now in one place. I love that the Resources Tab can house all of our current relevant documents. I like that OnBoard Board Management Software is very user-friendly and easy to adapt for all board members, regardless of their technology proficiency. It's accessible on many different platforms, which is convenient. I appreciate being able to manage the software easily as the super user, and our members generally don't have any issues with it. The ability to download the app on iPads or use it on a browser makes accessing information straightforward. I also value how easy it is to take the agenda, adapt it, and start my minute-taking during meetings, then download and gain approvals efficiently. Having a single version of documents that the board can access for resources, agendas, and meeting flows is incredibly valuable. Last I tried it, the AI board minutes program was a little clunky for me to use. I found that the old version of the agenda-produced minutes was actually easier and more efficient for my meetings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

OnBoard is very user-friendly. I have tried the AI Minutes integration software and love it. It is very helpful when typing up board minutes. It is also easy to upload documents for members to access and review before meetings. In the past, I’ve had trouble automatically integrating my Teams account and have had to set it up manually instead. I also don’t like that when board members RSVP through OnBoard, I don’t receive an email notification. I’m not sure whether that’s possible, but it would be really helpful, because when I’m busy I sometimes forget to check the RSVPs in OnBoard before meetings. I find OnBoard Board Management Software fairly easy to navigate and well tailored to board governance needs. It ensures that all of our Board papers are held in one place and that all the information needed for a meeting is easy to manage and accessible.
