What do you like best about OnBoard Board Management Software?

OnBoard allows our organization to create informational board books much quicker than our old method of compiling pdf documents. It's user friendly and customer support is great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about OnBoard Board Management Software?

Not being able to reopen a survey after it's closed is not ideal. We previously used a popular survey tool that allowed surveys to be reopened, so we had to adapt to this change. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great addition to our Board Management"

What do you like best about OnBoard Board Management Software?

The customer service team as been great in getting everyone trained and getting us set up. It's been easy to use and helped us communicate efficiently. What do you like best about OnBoard Board Management Software?

I love that the platform has incorporated Zoom for the meetings, I was the one who loaded all the 500+ board members, and I am extremely impressed with the ease of uploading members. The customer support has been exemplary and the implementation with our board members (average age of 70) has been extremely easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about OnBoard Board Management Software?

I am slightly confused about the AI transcription tool, we use Zoom AI transcripts and I am unsure if it will be the same. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about OnBoard Board Management Software?

What we love about OnBoard is the user-friendly agenda builder. Since our recurring meetings tend to have a similar agenda, I love that I can duplicate a previous meeting and make the needed changes without starting from scratch each time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about OnBoard Board Management Software?

Our users dislike the feature that calculates and reports how much of the content they have reviewed prior to the meeting. It's not accurate and so my board members can feel discouraged or confused by email notices from OnBoard informing them that they have not completed reading the meeting materials. What do you like best about OnBoard Board Management Software?

Everthing for a meeting, including communication is housed in one structure/platform. Implementation has been easy due to the structure for onboarding administrators. Customer support has been extremely helpful and trainer knows material. Our frequency of use of the software for other leadership meetings has reinforced usage of the platform. What do you dislike about OnBoard Board Management Software?

Still within the first year of implementation, but one of the challenges I continue to experience is the extra steps of moving agenda items around and the inability to copy an agenda ITEM that has been TABLED or REFERRED BACK TO COMMITTEE to another meeting. Streamlining operational processes and brining all board engagement communication internally vs using external platforms for communication and meeting materials. What do you dislike about OnBoard Board Management Software?

There are a couple of "tweaks" that would be beneficial. One being the ability to select who I want to notify individually, not a group. For instance, all of my board members have access to all information contained on the website but only the Board members who are on a specific committee should get invited or receive notification of the posting for that committee meeting (although everyone has access to the information).
