What do you like best about OnBoard Board Management Software?

What do you dislike about OnBoard Board Management Software?

I have not found OnBoard to be useful for our 501c3 organization. I found myself using email and then OnBoard with my board since it would not attach documents. I tried it for a year and then when we tried to cancel before our year anniversary, I found that we actually needed to let them know about a month prior so that we would not incur the exorbitant $5,000 fee again. I am disappointed in their customer service and lack of ability to help us cancel before the date we started. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
