I have not found OnBoard to be useful for our 501c3 organization. I found myself using email and then OnBoard with my board since it would not attach documents. I tried it for a year and then when we tried to cancel before our year anniversary, I found that we actually needed to let them know about a month prior so that we would not incur the exorbitant $5,000 fee again.
