I like how quick it performs when dragging files over to save. The pricing seems reasonable. Support has been great for any issues. I have not used AI feature yet, but I'm assuming it is great. I use OnBoard to set out Board Agendas and it's incredibly easy for me to use. I appreciate how it makes setting out a Board Agenda simple by calculating timings for me, which is something I naturally struggle with, thus helping me complete tasks quicker. It also allows for easy uploads of Board papers. I like how OnBoard is laid out, as it's very difficult to go wrong. Everything is clear and simple to use, without having to navigate through several different functions to get where I need to be. I would say that sometimes when I go to download Board papers, usually after the board meeting, it can either download these incorrectly as in it won't open properly or every paper is either at different angles. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The agenda and attendees feature isn't working as well as it could be. There are predefined categories for members and guests, which aren't always applicable. There's an issue with text formatting where I need to create double or sometimes triple spaces between lines to make the minutes readable. We have five companies, with a channel or tile for each Company. At this stage there doesn’t seem to be a method of drag-and-drop resources between those companies in on board. For example, the same strategic plan for the group may apply to all five companies and need to be added as a document to the agenda. I would need to add this to each companies resource folder. I really like OnBoard Board Management Software for its ease of use, especially for managing the back end when uploading information and making it available to a large group of people both on and off-campus. It's also beneficial for obtaining information in a timely manner, archiving it, and accessing it while traveling, whether via a laptop or mobile device. The platform is intuitive, easy to navigate, and it's straightforward to train new users. I like OnBoard Board Management Software because it efficiently saves time by securely storing all our board meeting materials in one place and organizing our board meetings precisely. Adding reports to our meetings is easy, and board books are compiled and downloadable quickly. This saves us from the hassle of emails and reformatting outside OnBoard. The automatic compilation of board books once our meeting is set up also saves time, and we have the option to print a paper book if needed. I don't like that there's no option to change or update minutes directly within the software when sending them to the board chair and secretary for approval.
