Without the excellent support of our customer success manager, it may have taken longer for us to onboard and produce content immediately. However, Narrato has been very receptive to suggestions for future enhancements. For instance, one of our main purposes for the system was to repurpose content. Although the platform can read and develop new content from a variety of formats including video, PDF, and URL links, it cannot yet easily combine information from different sources. This enhancement is on the roadmap as well as some reporting features that would allow us to measure content output and track success. Some other minor glitches include, the AI Genie being too broad in its approach to capture the right messages for our social posts; the inability of more than one collaborator to work on the same project at the same time; and the lack of some marketing platform integrations.
