I tried making several music videos with Lipsync, and it handled it very well. For the Russian language, this is not an easy task, but among those I've tried, it's the best so far. The Lipsync is quite high quality, not just lip movements, so you can choose good frames, and the video turns out better — such videos are cooler to use on social networks. I wouldn't say anything specifically doesn't work, but the Russian language in Lipsync could be improved — it doesn't always handle it perfectly. Sometimes you can get confused about where you are in the system: working with the AI agent or on the 'Viral Music' tab. In a lot of companies, Sales and CS teams lose customers in the gaps between handoffs—the demo says one thing, onboarding says another, and the help center says a third. There are relatively few downsides. Occasionally, the narrators voice has changed of its own accord to the one we selected, but we only realised when we played the clip back. Hence a waste of X amount of credits depending upon script size. We are wise to that now, so we always check.
