What stands out most about HeyGen is the exceptional realism of its AI avatars and the precision of the lip-sync technology. The UI/UX is very clean and intuitive, making the onboarding process effortless even for beginners. In terms of performance, rendering times are remarkably fast, and the Zapier / API integrations make connecting it to existing creative workflows and automation tools seamless. Considering the massive amount of time and budget saved on studio setups, actors, and filming gear, it offers an incredible ROI. What do you dislike about HeyGen?

While HeyGen is an impressive tool, the credit-based pricing model can feel a bit restrictive, especially when experimenting with multiple video drafts or testing different script variations. Additionally, more granular control over subtle avatar gestures, micro-expressions, and advanced timeline-based audio sync would make the output feel even more organic. What problems is HeyGen solving and how is that benefiting you?

HeyGen completely eliminates the traditional bottlenecks of video production—such as booking actors, renting studio spaces, and doing retakes. It allows me to produce personalized marketing videos, UGC-style dynamic creatives, and multilingual content rapidly from simple text scripts.
