Synthesia is a great software that I use to create business, holiday and birthday videos for our company. I am able to create training, informational or marketing videos. It saves me hours of looking for specific videos to include in my videos. They have a great library of videos to use and when I can't find exactly what I want I can create it using the Ai feature. The Ai feature usually requires a few tries and it does not translate English very well but if you phrase your request properly you can eventually get something that works great. I love how professional my videos are now and it prompts me throughout the process. for example if I remove 1 logo it will put an option for me to remove them all. There are many, many voices and avatars to pick from and it has made it so much easier to produce a quality video. Sometimes it takes a longer time to generate a video but Synthesia will post to your screen when there are issues that they need to resolve. Then I move on to a different task until it is resolved. It is hard to keep track of the credit system they use and we are running out of credits but there is an option to buy more credits at a decent price. Support is outstanding. Anytime I have had an issue they get back to me right away and follow up after to be sure my issue has been resolved.

What I value most is the ease of creating content capsules quickly and effortlessly.
