What do you like best about Multiplier?

At Trustwell, we’ve had an excellent experience partnering with Multiplier to support our global hiring and workforce management. The platform makes it simple to onboard employees quickly, manage payroll across multiple countries, and stay compliant with local regulations—all within an intuitive, user-friendly system. It has significantly reduced the complexity of managing our international operations.

A key part of our positive experience has been the outstanding customer support. Our Principal Customer Success Manager, Emily Stiles, has been an incredible partner—responsive, proactive, and always focused on helping our team succeed. She ensures we’re leveraging the platform effectively and has been instrumental in making our transition to global workforce management smooth and efficient. Jennifer Briede, VP of Client Solutions, has also been incredible. From day one, she has been a fabulous partner to ensure that we get the best experience.

What do you dislike about Multiplier?

Overall, I find both the Multiplier platform and team to be excellent. My only suggestion would be to expand the reporting capabilities, particularly with more detailed invoice statements. "Responsive Support, Minor Payment Glitches"
What do you like best about Multiplier?

I like that I get a prompt response from the support team, and my issues are addressed within a couple of hours. It's great to have support representatives like Ceejhay/Christopher, who are very helpful and kind in addressing any issues and questions I have. Additionally, I find the initial setup of Multiplier very easy because the form submissions and data capture process is clear and straightforward. What do you dislike about Multiplier?

I find it problematic that the payment schedule on Multiplier can sometimes be off by a couple of days, despite it being set to twice monthly on the fifteenth and thirtieth. Additionally, there have been issues with the incorrect payment of home office allowance. Another aspect I dislike is the current process for accessing pay slips, which requires logging into the website and downloading them. The entire process of requesting everything we need—whether it’s for work tools, support, or resources—is so simple, well-organized, and efficient. What do you like best about Multiplier?

I genuinely appreciate how responsive and accommodating the Multiplier support team is, particularly Ms. Deepikaa Parthiban, who stands out for her helpfulness in dealing with my contract revisions and any questions I had about payroll updates. The quick responses and proactive communication from the support staff greatly contributed to solving all of my concerns, keeping me updated throughout processes that required time. Additionally, Multiplier's platform is easy to set up and user-friendly, requiring just a personal email for registration and providing all necessary work-related information such as HR details seamlessly upon login. This ease of access and the comprehensive nature of available resources underscore how effectively Multiplier meets my work-related needs. What do you dislike about Multiplier?

I see that the Multiplier portal could be improved. A more intuitive way to initiate a chat with the support team directly within the portal would be beneficial. Although there is a chat feature, it's unclear how to start a conversation because I can't locate where to type my message. Additionally, having a 'chat support team' option in the menu for easy access would help ensure all conversation history is stored in one place, making it more organized and efficient for addressing issues. What do you like best about Multiplier?

My experience with the customer service team was REALLY positive. The agent (Dilnawaj) who assisted me was very responsive and guided me through the documentation needed to move forward. I even had trouble uploading one of the required documents through the portal, but this agent immediately stepped in, prioritized my case, and helped upload the file. His sense of urgency and proactive support really made a difference, especially since my payment had already been delayed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Multiplier?

With the onboarding process: the agent assigned to me never reached out, even after two days. I uploaded my bank account details, but I was not contacted at all throughout the entire week. From what I saw on the website, onboarding should only take about two days, but in my case it was delayed, which also caused a delay in my payment scheduled for the 25th. At that point, my bank account was still not verified, which was frustrating.

Overall, while I was disappointed with the lack of communication from the onboarding agent, I do recognize that this may not reflect the process as a whole. Every other interaction has been smooth, and the customer service Agent Dilnawaj deserves credit for his excellent support. I’m still waiting for my payment to go through, so I hope everything is resolved soon.

I love how easy it is to use Multiplier because its intuitive design simplifies my tasks and eliminates the need for constant guidance. The platform's ease greatly enhances my user experience by saving me time and effort. I appreciate the fast support Multiplier offers, which ensures that all my queries and issues are resolved promptly, further reducing stress and maintaining my workflow fluidity. The efficiency of support helps in preventing potentially stressful interactions that can occur if issues are left unresolved. The platform effectively streamlines the process of paying international salaries and handling reimbursements, making such complex processes feel manageable and straightforward. This efficiency in handling global finances makes my operations smoother and more reliable. Additionally, I find the setup process reasonably straightforward, rating it an 8 out of 10 in terms of ease. I dislike not having access to documentation on my account between November 2023 and July 2025, which hinders my ability to manage information efficiently. Additionally, I think the communication could be improved by assigning a specific support staff member, as it would make the process more streamlined and efficient. What do you like best about Multiplier?

I appreciate Multiplier's international character, which facilitates the hiring of employees globally, even in regions where we do not have existing entities. This capability is crucial for our HR Global Mobility tasks, enabling us to expand our workforce internationally with ease. Moreover, I value the good customer service offered by Multiplier, which provides support and a positive experience when resolving issues or answering queries. What do you dislike about Multiplier?

I find the portal of Multiplier lacking in several areas. Adding managers through the portal never works, which is problematic because managers are essential as approvers. This ongoing issue hampers my ability to finalize processes. Another major downside is the inability to view all employees across multiple entities in one overview; I have to switch entities, which is inefficient and cumbersome. Moreover, there were claims about timely employee payments, which later turned out to be unfulfillable promises. This inconsistency in service quality is a significant letdown. With regards to the great customer services, I also experience the lack of thinking a step ahead. I ask a question, I get an answer - which again triggers more questions, which sometimes makes the process of getting things clear super lenghty. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Multiplier?

What I like best about Multiplier is there is a sense of ease and efficiency. It gives not only smooth and uncomplicated/redundant efforts to make sure that I know what's going on as an "Employee", and it also makes sure that I really get timely updates - this is extremely helpful especially a few weeks beore joining my new company. Setting up my Profile with Multiplier has been so easy and the Customer Support has given prompt response regarding my inquires about my personal details. This platform has lessen my anxiety in dealing with contracts too. What do you like best about Multiplier?

I find Multiplier incredibly reliable and easy to access, which significantly enhances my experience with the platform. The payment feature stands out, as invoices are provided in a very specific format, making them simple to download. Additionally, the support I receive is impressively fast; any queries, particularly related to invoice clarifications, are addressed within an hour, which is crucial given our tight timelines and need to process invoices with other ICP partners within five to seven days. Moreover, setting up Multiplier is a breeze, making it easy for all team members to enter expenses and payment supplements. The information we input is easily accessible and requires minimal effort to review, unlike other platforms where in-depth searches are necessary. I sometimes face difficulty accessing reports for previous candidates who have been terminated or are inactive. It's challenging to retrieve invoices for these candidates directly through the platform, which means I often have to reach out to support for help.
