If I had to pick one, it would be from a recent example - when moving an employee to a part-time temporarily, it wasn't directly possible in the platform without leveraging timesheets, which does add an additional administrative task on my part. However, since there was some language barrier when communicating with the Indian manager, a Malaysian manager who knew Chinese would be arranged to translate. Both Malaysian managers were excellent and very considerate of the customers. Especially Ricky HO, who contacted me at the end, responded extremely quickly and helped me solve a lot of troubles! The experience in terms of the response speed of the multiplier is excellent。 **What do you dislike about Multiplier Employer of Record?** Regarding the payment time between different countries, the platform always requires us to make the payment according to your existing time. Of course, in the end, we negotiated and resolved this issue. Another issue is that the customer manager changes quite frequently.
