Amrit and Piyush have been responsive to our questions and guided us through the process of getting started. Multiplier were cheaper than similar organisations we spoke to but so far I haven't felt like they are a budget option. Most interactions are performed through a web based tool which is easy to use. I like the fact that contracts are generated from the tool and sent direct to the employee for signing. We are a small company and only manage a few employees via Mulitplier.
