Shagufta from Multiplier specifically provided quick and excellent assistance, which was beyond my expectations. The team’s consideration of late-approved overtimes to be included in the next payout shows their attention to customer needs. I really appreciate how easy it is to navigate and locate information within their portal, which makes using the platform straightforward and efficient. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy for me, which simplifies the onboarding process. What I appreciate most about Multiplier is their support team. They are always very accommodating. For example, I recently needed to request a wet-signed copy of my COE and company ID, as these were required for my housing loan application. Christopher was extremely helpful throughout the process. There isn’t much to dislike about Multiplier, but I do have a suggestion for improvement, particularly regarding how users contact the support team. It would be helpful if this feature were integrated into the portal, so that chat history could be kept in one place. I was working for client Sundeck via Multiplier.

I had a query about updating retrials information in which one information was missed to be updated post exit.

My case was handled by Rohini. She was very prompt in first updating me about timeline in which it will be fixed. Then, issue is fixed within 2 workings days which was really commendable. This quick support enabled me to proceed further on my next task quickly.

Our contract with multiplier ended 6 month before but response from multiplier is as prompt as when we had contract.
