Also, after a while and few emails we finally got them to sort out health insurance. **What do you dislike about Multiplier Employer of Record?** In Serbia banks blocked them. We had to chase them to close the deal since they were shutting their office off, so that the other (more responsible) EOR company can take over. First month we got our salary delayed. We had to call them a couple of times and to send them emails so that they, finally, sort our health insurance. For family members it was not possible for them to do so, even many companies do so, so you get to be limited a lot with them of what they can do. Late payment of payroll. We were double invoiced multiple times and each time it took quite a few weeks to remedy. Email communications are messy (mixing threads, no ticket system, terrible subject lines, etc.). His words are positive, always sincere and he does what is asked of him and goes beyond it by ensuring you are having the best experience possible. I also like that its easy to access on any device. Also the login is seamless. I use multiplier for my pay slip access and to see any work related info I need I get it from here. Rules are also easy to follow and i like they reach out via email too.
