What do you like best about Multiplier Employer of Record?

I love the sales skills of the Multiplier sales team. Unfortunatly this is all they are good at, thier core business (EOR) is a mess. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Multiplier Employer of Record?

Our experience with this service was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. Our employee was never paid on time, not even once. We’re talking about consistent, unacceptable delays that left them stressed, frustrated, and feeling completely abandoned. And as if that wasn’t bad enough, the foreign exchange rates they used were beyond inflated – blatantly unfair and clearly designed to extract every possible cent.

Within just three months, we were handed over to three different Customer Success Managers, none of whom seemed to have a clue what the previous one had done. Each time, it felt like we were starting from zero, repeating the same issues over and over. No continuity, no ownership, just excuses.

Response times were abysmal. I’m talking about waiting weeks for even the simplest issues to be addressed—and that’s if they responded at all. Meanwhile, critical payroll and compliance issues piled up. Our employee was left in the dark, worried about their income, while we were completely powerless as the employer.

Honestly, the experience felt like a bait-and-switch. The sales team was incredibly polished and convincing, promising the world and making it sound like we were signing up for a premium service. But as soon as we were handed off to the actual operations team, the whole thing crumbled. It was clear they were more focused on reeling in new customers than actually delivering on their promises.

In short, this was the most incompetent, chaotic, and stressful service I’ve ever used in my entire career. It created a massive burden for both our employee and our company. If you value your time, your sanity, and your business reputation, RUN in the opposite direction. You’ll thank yourself later. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
