White-label Mobile Apps mTrip’s mobile apps are fully brandable and built to operate reliably online or offline. Travelers receive interactive trip details, flight segments, accommodations, activities, and contact information in one place, enriched by offline maps and destination guides. Push notifications keep travelers informed about schedule changes or agency messages. In-app messaging, contextual prompts, and optional chat integrations help teams support travelers before, during, and after the trip—without pushing them to third-party consumer apps that dilute brand equity. Itinerary Builder (Creation) mTrip includes an Itinerary Builder that helps teams assemble trips efficiently from multiple data sources. Staff can create or edit trips manually, import structured files, or consolidate bookings coming from GDS, mid-office systems, or custom APIs. The builder supports day-by-day sequencing, activity notes, document links, media blocks, and pricing or voucher references as required. Because the builder is integrated with the rest of the platform, a single itinerary can be output to the white-label mobile app, shared as a responsive web link, or exported as a print-ready PDF—ensuring consistent content across all channels. Agencies can standardize templates for FITs, groups, escorted tours, corporate itineraries, or MICE programs, reducing repetitive work while preserving flexibility. Itinerary Management (Automation &amp; Sync) Beyond creation, mTrip’s itinerary management tools automate updates and synchronization. When a change is made—by staff actions, by upstream booking feeds, or through a connected API—the traveler’s mobile app and the web itinerary reflect the latest version in near real time. Rules can specify how and when to notify travelers, which fields should remain locked for brand consistency, and which changes should trigger review by an agent. **What do you like best about mTrip?**

We selected mtrip after looking at several similar products, and after a few years of using it, it still continues to amaze us. Having a tool that gives our customers easy access to our agency right in their pocket is great, but the ability to geolocate them and alert them in case of incidents at their destination (duty of care) is essential.

**What do you dislike about mTrip?**

Whenever we request a new feature, they always tell us their pipeline is full and that it will take a lot of work to complete the request.

**What problems is mTrip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It provides direct phone access to our agency for our customers. It also lets us share document information without relying on emails. On top of that, it helps geolocalize customers and manage risk alerts more effectively.

**What do you like best about mTrip?**

I really like how practical this platform is for both agents and travellers. It makes it incredibly easy to build, customise, and manage detailed itineraries, saving a lot of time while still delivering a polished, professional final result.

I also genuinely appreciate the support we receive from the team. They’re always quick to respond, offer clear guidance, and consistently go out of their way to help resolve any issues or answer questions.

**What do you dislike about mTrip?**

There’s very little to dislike about mTrip overall, although at times some customisation features or updates can take a little while to be fully implemented.

That said, these are minor issues and are usually resolved with help from the mTrip support team, who are responsive and happy to assist with questions or suggest workarounds. Overall, the benefits of the platform far outweigh these small limitations.

**What problems is mTrip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

mTrip solves the challenge of creating and managing detailed, client-friendly travel itineraries in a way that is both efficient for agents and seamless for travellers. Instead of juggling multiple tools or manual documents, it centralises everything into one professional, easy-to-use platform.

For me, the biggest benefit is the time saved and the ability to deliver a more streamlined, high-quality service to clients. It simplifies itinerary building, keeps all travel information in one place, and enhances communication with travellers through real-time updates and accessible content.

It also helps improve the overall client experience by giving travellers a convenient, mobile-friendly itinerary with offline access, which adds real value and professionalism to the service we provide.

**What do you like best about mTrip?**

We use mTrip for its CMS to build trips and personalized travel apps for our travelers. I like the ease of use of the CMS and appreciate the user-friendly app it generates for our clients. They solve the problem of how to share travel plans with our clients easily and clearly. When we experience any technical problems, they are very quick to respond and follow up regularly until the issue is resolved. Our clients appreciate the helpful information provided like travel tips, service descriptions, maps & directions, and reminders/notifications for flights, tours & activities.

**What do you dislike about mTrip?**

I think mTrip could improve on communication about enhancements or changes. Sometimes smaller changes that affect our process aren't communicated to us, making it hard to know if it's an intentional change or an error that needs to be reported. We could also use more reports and data dashboards to show trips and client travel patterns.

**What problems is mTrip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use mTrip to easily build trips and share travel plans with clients. Their CMS and user-friendly app offer travel tips, maps, and notifications, improving client satisfaction. They're quick to resolve technical issues, ensuring seamless operations.

**What do you like best about mTrip?**

I love the contact and their availability to answer all questions. Their customer service is excellent, and the support is available to quickly respond to any question or issue regarding the application. I also appreciate that they are very present to help us, especially during the stages that can be a bit lengthy, like submissions to Apple and Google. It works very well on all types of phones, especially on iOS.

**What do you dislike about mTrip?**

The visual aspect of the application can be further improved, with larger photos in particular.

I find that mTrip's customer support is excellent because they respond quickly to any questions or issues related to the app.
