The 5% booking fees should potentially be restructured. For my clients that have siblings and sign up for weekly packages, booking fees are expensive! For big sign ups, booking fees should cap at a certain affordable amount. That would help save work on my end when clients sign up directly through me because they want to save money on booking fees.
With any new software registration system, it takes time to learn. The TRYTN team makes it easy to learn but it takes time. My business offers different programs based on ocean tides.
