While it is user friendly sometimes it's easier for the customer support or IT support to do the task done instead of sending a link on instructions. Especially, when it's a new client. I'd appreciate an extensive onboarding training session. Also, finding a way to simply add the code to the website without using the TRYTN button to keep the branding of the website. We came to Trytn after being disappointed by a different booking provider. Trytn's dashboard is very user-friendly, and we have all the controls available to us which fit our needs. The forward-facing customer web experience is very nice with Trytn and is very easy to integrate with our current WordPress website. Most of all though, was our Trytn representative Darcy Gassel. Trytn support is incredible and the program is so easy to use. We are currently booking hundreds of reservations for tables, tastings, and tours using Trytn with ease. Darcy offers absolutely the best customer support we have ever experienced. A previous Fareharbor and Tock user, the Trytn platform is superior in almost every way imaginable. Ease of use, setup, and cloning make adaptation easy. Response to improvements or modifications is incredible. We had a request for the customer to be notified in an email which table they were being assigned to and Trytn addresses the issue within a few weeks.
