
We use mTrip for its CMS to build trips and personalized travel apps for our travelers. I like the ease of use of the CMS and appreciate the user-friendly app it generates for our clients. They solve the problem of how to share travel plans with our clients easily and clearly. When we experience any technical problems, they are very quick to respond and follow up regularly until the issue is resolved. Our clients appreciate the helpful information provided like travel tips, service descriptions, maps & directions, and reminders/notifications for flights, tours & activities. I think mTrip could improve on communication about enhancements or changes. Sometimes smaller changes that affect our process aren't communicated to us, making it hard to know if it's an intentional change or an error that needs to be reported. We could also use more reports and data dashboards to show trips and client travel patterns. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
