What do you like best about GetThere?

GetThere is not user friendly and complicates the process of planning trips. The interface is unclean and not intuitive making it difficult to search for flights, hotels and car rentals. The search results are also non comprehensive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GetThere?

Needs to provide a range of options to choose from. It lacks the ability to compare prices and bookings all in one place. The booking process itself is slow and hectic consuming me time.The interface of GetThere feels outdated and lacks user friendliness. It does not provide features or customization options. What do you like best about GetThere?

The interface is difficult to use making it hectic to navigate and book my flights without any hassle. The search filters are not useful, in helping me find the flight options that suit my preferences. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GetThere?

Getthere provides a limited variety of airlines and deals not ensuring that I always get the best price for my trips. Their customer support team is not always ready to assist and provide service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about GetThere?

I could manage Sabre screens simultaneously. GetThere stands out as one of the programs, among the options offered by Wyndham. Their help desk is always available for help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GetThere?

Lacks instructions on finding buttons. I prefer the familiarity of Amadeus. The programs higher price point makes it more suitable for hotel chains. the platform focuses more on travel advisors. Planning trips and booking flights should be simple. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about GetThere?

the things i like most about the products are the short cut key options we have. I have never had to shut down or close my sabre - it has been very reliable when i am working between reservations Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GetThere?

what i dislike the most is that i can only work one reservation at the time and i cant have two sabre screens working the same time. If we had the option of maybe grabbing one reservation and then another and have them side by side. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about GetThere?

Mobile Mobile Mobile! I can't express how viable this is with booking Travel Reservations. The effortless integration between multiple devices leaves very little error. So thankful for this new program! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about GetThere?

It allows connection with more than 170 airlines around the world where a travel itinerary can be tailored to the individual needs of each passenger. Its handling is quite simple once you understand the required commands, and its help system is very user-friendly and easy to understand for everyone, whether or not they are related to the travel and tourism area. there are few things that are displeasing since Sabre has evolved with the global change of the current world, perhaps in problem-solving without the help desk, but it does not present a great difficulty since the help desk advisors are available and willing whenever they are needed Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
