"Microsoft Teams: Essential Daily Workflow with Seamless Microsoft 365 Integration"
5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Teams?

I use Microsoft Teams every day for work, and it has become an essential part of my workflow. It makes communication with coworkers quick and organized through chats, channels, and video meetings. I also like how it integrates with Microsoft 365 apps like Outlook, OneDrive, and SharePoint, making it easy to share files and collaborate on documents without switching between multiple applications. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Teams?

One area where Microsoft Teams could improve is its performance. It can occasionally feel slow to load, especially when switching between chats, channels, and meetings. The search function also doesn't always return the most relevant results, making it difficult to find older conversations or files quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy, Reliable Remote Collaboration with Seamless Office 365 Integration"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Teams?

Microsoft Teams is awesome for keeping our entire remote team connected. The chat and video call features are super easy to use, and they rarely drop. I also really love how it’s integrated with Office 365—we can literally edit Excel sheets right inside our chat windows. It saves us a ton of time because we’re not switching between apps all day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Teams?

The biggest issue for me is how much RAM it uses. It literally slows down my whole computer whenever it’s running. On top of that, searching for old messages is a total pain—the search bar just doesn’t give the right results half the time. Plus, switching between different company accounts takes way too long and makes the whole experience feel sluggish. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable Video Calls and Screen Sharing with Useful Captions and Recordings"
2.5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Teams?

The video calls and screen sharing just work. I use Teams for my college group projects and online classes, and it's honestly reliable — no random drops, audio stays clear even on meh internet. Having chat, calls, and file sharing in one place saves me from jumping between apps. The meeting recordings and auto-captions are genuinely useful when I miss something in a session. and also recently i conclude one of my internship meeting through it the design is so good and also it blend very fastly with gmail and aprt from that its free plan aw swell as paid plan is also better and the cx support team do reply on time and the integration of ai is mid helpful Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Microsoft Teams?

As a TAC engineer, I rely on conferencing tools like Microsoft Teams, Webex, Zoom, and others every day. What really stands out about Teams is how seamlessly it integrates with Microsoft 365 and other applications. It's a real lifesaver in day-to-day work. The interface is clean and straightforward, making it easy to navigate, and the AI-powered meeting transcripts are incredibly useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Teams?

The only drawback is that the application can be resource-intensive, and the remote access feature can sometimes be unreliable. During troubleshooting sessions with customers, I occasionally lose access to their device unexpectedly, forcing me to rely on the customer to perform troubleshooting steps. This sometimes leads to customer frustration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Microsoft Teams: All-in-One Collaboration with Seamless Microsoft 365 Integration"
5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Teams?

What I like most about Microsoft Teams is how it brings chat, video meetings, file sharing, and collaboration together in one platform. Its smooth integration with Microsoft 365 apps like Outlook, Word, Excel, and OneDrive makes it simple to communicate, share documents, and collaborate in real time without constantly jumping between different tools. I also find the organized channels, meeting options, and dependable screen sharing helpful for keeping projects on track and team communication efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Teams?

One downside of Microsoft Teams is that it can sometimes feel resource-intensive, particularly during large meetings or when I’m running multiple applications at the same time. The interface can also get cluttered with chats, channels, and notifications, which makes it harder to quickly locate important conversations. On top of that, the search function and file organization aren’t always as intuitive as I’d expect, and that can occasionally slow down productivity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great for multiply offices and remote workers!"
5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Teams?

Teams works great for phone calls and conference calls. I really like the apps you can use with it, and I love how easily I can transfer a call between devices—for example, I can answer on my cell phone and then switch over to my laptop without any hassle. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Teams?

I wish Teams calls came with more comprehensive reports that you didn’t have to pay extra for. Or more custom reports that you could create yourself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Seamless Microsoft 365 Collaboration with Powerful Meetings"
5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Teams?

I like the fact that it works natively with Microsoft Word, Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint, and OneDrive for file sharing. During the pandemic, our student groups for active learning relied on Teams for almost 6 months. They could, for example, take TBL quizzes and post their discussion without disruption. Teams also is a backup when InteDashboard has an issue. It is robust for video/audio calling for meetings and supports a large volume of video conferences, screen sharing, meeting recordings, and summaries. In addition, it is included at no extra cost with a Microsoft 365 business subscription. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Teams?

While Team has excellent features and works very well for our purposes, its graphical interface can intimidate new users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
