# What AI Agents for Business Operations platform do project managers most often adopt after initial rollout for workflow automation and consistency?

We went ClickUp first, then ended up layering Zapier on top once we hit the limits of what ClickUp's own automations could handle. Honestly the "second tool" thing checks out, first tool proves the concept, second one actually holds the workflow together across departments.
