"All-in-One Collaboration Hub with Seamless Microsoft 365 Integration"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Teams?

Microsoft Teams brings messaging, meetings, file sharing, and collaboration together in one platform, making day-to-day communication much more efficient. The interface is easy to use, audio and video calls are reliable, and the seamless integration with Microsoft 365 applications helps teams collaborate without constantly switching between different tools. It has become an essential part of managing projects and staying connected with colleagues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Teams?

Microsoft Teams works well overall, but it can sometimes feel resource-intensive, especially during long meetings or when multiple applications are open. Finding older conversations or shared files can also take more time than expected, and notifications occasionally become overwhelming when managing several active teams and channels. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"All-in-One Microsoft Teams: Familiar UI, Strong Integrations, Great Value"
5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Teams?

What I love about Microsoft Teams is that we get everything in one package.

Chats, compatibility, emails, and other Windows tools.

It has integration compatibility with most of the tools, or otherwise webhook URLs can be used.

I'm able to login with multiple accounts to increase the productivity and performance.

UI is very familiar and easy to understand.

And the pricing model is really good compared to other tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Teams?

There are a lot of things that can be improved.

First of all, there needs a lot of imrovement in workflows.

Workflows in Slack are better.

Workflows should have multiple steps and integrations as well.

other than this, there should be feature of reminders like slack. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Microsoft Teams: Reliable All-in-One UC Hub with Strong Microsoft 365 Integration"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Teams?

Solid internal communication — accurate. Teams is strongest for chat, channels, and meetings within an organization.

The UX can be challenging — also accurate and widely reported. Common complaints include a cluttered interface, notification overload, heavy performance/resource usage, and a confusing chat-versus-channel structure.

External telephony has improved — accurate. Teams Phone (Calling Plans, Direct Routing, Operator Connect) has matured a lot since the early Skype for Business transition days, although some people still feel call quality and certain features lag behind dedicated telephony providers.

Tight Microsoft 365 integration — accurate, and it’s Teams’ biggest differentiator. It has deep ties to Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive, and the Office apps.

It’s also becoming a central hub for work — accurate, and consistent with Microsoft’s stated strategy for Teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Teams?

The UI feels cluttered, with too many features crammed in, which makes it hard to find what I need.

Notifications can be overwhelming, and important messages are easy to miss in all the noise.

Performance can also be an issue: it sometimes feels slow and resource-heavy, especially on older machines.

The overall structure is confusing as well. The way chats, channels, and teams are organized often overlaps, which can leave users unsure where a conversation or file should live.

Search feels weak, and finding older messages or files is harder than it should be.

External collaboration can be frustrating too—guest access and cross-organization calls can feel clunky. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"All-in-One Collaboration Hub with Smooth Microsoft 365 and Jira Integration"
5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Teams?

Teams brings chat, video meetings, and file sharing into one place. As a project manager, I like that each project has its own channel, so conversations and documents stay organized instead of getting lost in email. The Microsoft 365 integration makes it easy to co-edit documents during meetings, and the Jira integration lets me see ticket updates without switching apps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Teams?

Teams can feel heavy and cluttered. The desktop app is sometimes slow, and notifications get overwhelming in busy channels unless you tune them. Search isn't always reliable for finding older messages and files, and the way files are stored through SharePoint can be confusing. These issues are manageable once the settings are adjusted, but they add friction, especially for new users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I like most about Microsoft Teams is how it brings communication and collaboration into one platform. What I dislike about Microsoft Teams is that it can sometimes feel heavy and consume significant system resources, especially during video meetings. The large number of features can also make the interface feel a bit overwhelming for new users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Total integration with Microsoft and intuitive experience in Teams"
5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Teams?

Since we generally use Microsoft tools, such as Office 365 and Windows, Teams allows us to have a very comprehensive integration across the entire Microsoft environment and also multi-device, so that I don't miss any meeting or its summary.

Teams is a very intuitive and complete tool, the function of avatars and dynamic backgrounds also makes it very user-friendly.

I must say that not everything is perfect, we have had call quality issues when many people connect at the same time in a meeting, also if we have two or more Microsoft accounts logged in, it can be a headache, especially because it allows having two versions of Teams installed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Teams?

Sometimes it is very slow to load, especially if we have two different versions of Teams on the same device.

Also, having two or more accounts has been very complicated for me because it is not so visible or intuitive to know which account we are in sometimes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"All-in-One Collaboration Hub with Seamless Microsoft 365 Integration"
5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Teams?

Chat, meetings, calls, file sharing, and co-authoring in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint all happen in one place.

Team members can edit documents simultaneously and see updates instantly.

Teams works closely with Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive, Planner, Power BI, and Copilot.

Unlike traditional email threads, discussions remain organized by channels and topics, making information easier to find later.

Features like screen sharing, recordings, transcripts, breakout rooms, and meeting notes support effective collaboration.

Teams works on desktop, web, and mobile, helping people stay connected wherever they are. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Teams?

Teams may use significant memory and CPU, especially when many chats, channels, or apps are open.

Active teams and channels can generate a large volume of notifications, making it easy to miss important updates.

Content can be spread across chats, channels, meeting chats, files, and apps, sometimes making information hard to locate.

Organizations can end up with many teams and channels, leading to duplication and confusion.

Some users find it difficult to locate older messages or specific file versions quickly.

Important decisions made during meeting chats can be overlooked if they're not captured elsewhere. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy, Reliable Collaboration with Microsoft 365 Integration"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Teams?

Microsoft Teams is easy to use and has a clean interface for chatting, video meetings, and sharing files. I like that it works well with Outlook, Word, Excel, and other Microsoft 365 apps, so everything is available in one place.

The platform performs well for daily communication and collaboration. It has helped my team stay connected while working remotely, and features like screen sharing, meeting recordings, and AI-powered meeting summaries save time and improve productivity.

Overall, Microsoft Teams offers good value for businesses that already use Microsoft 365. It's easy to get started, reliable for day-to-day work, and the support and regular updates continue to improve the overall experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Teams?

Microsoft Teams can sometimes feel cluttered when there are many teams, channels, and notifications. It takes time to keep everything organized.

The desktop app can occasionally be slow and use more memory than expected, especially during long meetings or when multiple apps are open.

The search feature could also be improved, as finding older messages or files is not always quick. Despite these issues, it is still a reliable collaboration tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"One Platform to Rule Teamwork"
5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Teams?

A few specific things stand out:

Threaded conversations inside channels keep discussions tied to projects or teams, so information is easier to find later than in long email chains.

Deep Microsoft 365 integration is genuinely useful — editing Word, Excel, PowerPoint, or SharePoint files directly in Teams saves a lot of context switching.

Meetings are tightly integrated with chat, calendars, recordings, transcripts, and notes. Being able to search meeting transcripts later is a huge productivity boost.

Cross-device continuity is solid. You can move between desktop, mobile, and web without losing much workflow.

Collaboration features like co-authoring documents and persistent chat make remote teamwork feel more organized than traditional conferencing tools.

Enterprise controls are strong for larger organizations — permissions, compliance, security, and integrations are a big reason companies standardize on it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Teams?

File management quirks: While Teams integrates with SharePoint and OneDrive, navigating where files are stored or how they’re shared can be confusing.

Meeting experience: Some users find the interface cluttered compared to competitors like Zoom, especially when managing breakout rooms or large meetings.

Search limitations: Searching for past messages or files isn’t always as fast or accurate as people expect. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Teams?

What I like best about Microsoft Teams is that it brings chat, meetings, video calls, file sharing, and collaboration into one platform, making communication much more organized. Before using Teams, we relied on multiple applications for messaging, meetings, and document sharing, which often caused delays and confusion. Now everything is available in one place, helping us respond faster and collaborate more efficiently. The interface is clean and easy to navigate, and it integrates seamlessly with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OneDrive, and SharePoint, making it simple to access and edit files during meetings. The platform performs reliably with good call quality and stable video conferencing. Features like meeting recordings, screen sharing, live chat, and AI-generated meeting summaries save time and improve productivity. The onboarding process was straightforward, and because it is part of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, it offers excellent value for businesses looking to improve team collaboration and communication. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Teams?

It's a reliable tool, but the app can occasionally be slow, and searching for older chats or files could be more intuitive. Improving performance would make the experience even better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
