"A Reliable Platform for Communication and Team Collaboration"
5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Teams?

What I like best about Microsoft Teams is its ability to bring communication, meetings, file sharing, and collaboration into a single platform. The interface is easy to navigate, and integration with Microsoft 365 applications like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OneDrive makes collaboration seamless. Features such as chat, video meetings, screen sharing, and meeting recordings help improve productivity, whether I'm attending online sessions, collaborating on academic work, or discussing projects. The platform is reliable and works well across desktop and mobile devices, making it convenient to stay connected from anywhere. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Teams?

Microsoft Teams offers a wide range of features, but the interface can sometimes feel overwhelming for new users because many collaboration tools are available in one place. I have also experienced occasional delays when switching between chats, meetings, and shared files, particularly on slower internet connections. Notifications can become difficult to manage in active channels, and finding older conversations or shared files may require a few extra steps. Despite these minor issues, it remains a reliable platform for communication and collaboration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Microsoft Teams Keeps Communication and Collaboration in One Place"
5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Teams?

I like Microsoft Teams because it makes communication and collaboration very easy. The chat, video meetings, file sharing, screen sharing, and team channels are all available in one place. It’s especially useful for staying connected with colleagues, managing discussions, and quickly sharing updates without switching between multiple applications. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Teams?

Microsoft Teams can sometimes feel a bit heavy, especially when there are many chats, teams, and notifications. It can also use a fair amount of system resources, and occasionally the app may take some time to load or sync messages and files. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Smooth, Reliable Calling and Chat Experience"
5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Teams?

The chat and calling features are good. Whether it’s a personal call or a group call, the calling experience is smooth and the voice never breaks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Teams?

I don’t like the new UI. Previously, we could create different sections in Teams, like Group Chat, Channels, and Personal Chat. But in the new UI, everything has changed, and now we have to go back and manually set everything up again. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"All-in-One Workspace That Saves Time with AI-Powered Meetings"
5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Teams?

how it pulls everything you need for work into one place — chat, meetings, files, notes, and now AI assistance — so you’re not bouncing between apps all day. The part people tend to love most is the AI‑powered meeting and collaboration tools, because they save a ton of time and cut down on confusion. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Teams?

Slow performance — It can lag or freeze, especially on older laptops or when switching between chats and meetings..

Too many notifications — Chats, channels, mentions, meetings… it piles up fast, and the defaults are loud. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Seamless Communication and Collaboration in One Place"
4/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Teams?

What I like best about Microsoft Teams is its seamless communication. The chat, video conferencing, and file-sharing features are perfectly integrated in one place, making it very easy to collaborate with my team instantly. Microsoft Teams provides excellent value for money. Since it is already included in our Microsoft 365 subscription, we don't have to pay extra for a communication tool. The massive range of features perfectly justifies the cost. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Teams?

What I dislike most about Microsoft Teams is that it heavy on system resources. It consumes too much RAM, which sometimes makes my computer slow or lag during heavy multitasking or screen sharing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"All-in-One Communication and Collaboration with Microsoft Teams"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Teams?

The best thing about Microsoft Teams is that it brings communication and collaboration into one place. We can quickly connect with our employees, record meetings that get saved on OneDrive, create groups quickly, and update our status depending on whether we’re in the office, busy, available, etc. Its integration with Microsoft 365 and SharePoint is especially useful for day-to-day corporate work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Teams?

Nothing as such for now, but sometimes the status starts showing as a white dot instead of the green tick for available, or the red dot for in a meeting/busy. This needs to be fixed, because it’s very useful for deciding when to ping a colleague. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Seamless Microsoft 365 Integration and Collaboration All in One Place"
5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Teams?

The seamless integration with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem is what I appreciate most. Having chat, video meetings, file sharing, and collaborative document editing all in one place eliminates the need to switch between multiple apps. The ability to co-edit Excel and Word files directly within Teams while on a call saves significant time. I also find the channel-based organization helpful for keeping project discussions focused and searchable. The meeting recording and transcript features are valuable for catching up on sessions I've missed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Teams?

The application can be resource-heavy and sometimes slows down my system, especially when multiple meetings and chats are active. The search functionality isn't always reliable, finding older messages or files can be frustrating when results don't surface as expected. Notification management is also tricky; it's easy to miss important messages when you're in multiple channels, yet the constant pings can be distracting. The mobile app experience doesn't feel as polished as the desktop version, and syncing between devices occasionally lags. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Microsoft Team is a very cost-effective tool for corporate chat which comes free with paid Microsoft 365 subscriptions. It has a very advanced security for data protection and end to end encryption. Complete secure chat with privacy. It is a official meeting tool which has recording, captions and transcripts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Teams?

It can be complex for non-technical users. It splits files across share-point and one drive which creates confusion many times. Use significant memory of the devices. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"The Tool We End Up Using All Day"
5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Teams?

What I like most about Microsoft Teams is how it brings conversations, meetings, file sharing, and collaboration together in one place. It’s made it much easier for me to stay connected with my teammates, especially when we’re working from different locations. I also find the integration with Microsoft 365 really convenient, since I can access documents, schedule meetings, and collaborate without having to constantly switch between multiple applications. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Teams?

One area I’d like to see improved is performance during longer sessions, since the app can occasionally feel slower than I expect. Also, when there’s been a lot of activity in a channel, it can take extra effort to track down older conversations or locate shared files. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
