"Microsoft Teams: All-in-One Collaboration with Copilot Summaries and a Convenient UI"
5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Teams?

What I like most about Microsoft Teams is how it brings communication and collaboration together in one place. I particularly like using Copilot to quickly summarize conversations and pull out key decisions or action items. Loop components are also useful for collaborating on notes, lists, and tasks directly within chats, while Facilitator helps keep meetings organized by capturing notes, tracking the agenda, and highlighting follow-ups. All of this present in a very convenient UI/UX. The value is good for what we get from it. Having Teams, Copilot, Loop, and other Microsoft 365 tools together makes collaboration easier and saves time switching between different platforms. Its one robust tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Teams?

Teams can feel a bit cluttered when there are lots of chats, channels, and notifications. Finding older messages or files can also take some time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"All in one convenience, with a few rough edges"
5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Teams?

The best thing about it is that it puts chats, video calls, and your office files all in one app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Teams?

1. The interface feels cluttered 2. Notifications can be messy. 3. Works great inside Microsoft 365, but connecting to non-Microsoft tools feels clunky 4. Heavy on RAM/CPU. 5 costs are rising, and full AI features require a $30/user/month copilot add-on on top of your base licence 6. Response times and help quality vary a lot by plan tier Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Convenient, All-in-One Communication and Collaboration with Microsoft Teams"
5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Teams?

What I like best about Microsoft Teams is how convenient it is for communication and collaboration. It makes it easy to stay connected with coworkers through chats, calls, and meetings, while also allowing us to share files and work together in one place. I also like that it helps keep everything organized without having to use multiple apps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Teams?

One thing I dislike about Microsoft Teams is that it can sometimes feel a little overwhelming with all the different features and notifications. It can also be slow at times, especially when joining meetings or switching between chats and files. Overall, though, it’s a useful tool for staying connected and communicating with coworkers. "Microsoft Teams: AI Summaries, Copilot, and Noise Cancellation Make Business Meetings Easier"
4/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Teams?

As an active user of Microsoft 360, I use Microsoft Teams on a daily basis for standup calls and other meetings. It makes it easy to communicate with my team members and share files, all within the same interface, so I can stay connected without switching between tools. The best part for me is the AI summary feature and the Copilot feature, which help me capture the key notes from my meetings. Another feature that feels a bit hidden (though I hope most Microsoft Teams users are using it) is Noise Cancellation, and it’s genuinely really helpful. Microsoft Teams comes bundled with our Microsoft 365 subscription, so the incremental cost for the collaboration and video calling features is low compared to buying a standalone tool like Slack or Otter.ai. For a team already invested in the Microsoft ecosystem, it delivers good value since it integrates directly with Outlook, SharePoint, and OneDrive without needing separate licensing. The main value gap is that there are many feature available in Microsoft but there is no proper on screen direction or guidance to use those features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Teams?

I found that the search functionality isn’t very good compared to how effectively it works in the competitor app, Slack. I’m also more comfortable with Slack channels and their accessibility, which I feel Teams is still missing. I can see that there are many other features available in Microsoft Team, but I still don’t know how to use them, and there isn’t any on-screen help guide to walk me through those features. "Microsoft Teams: Reliable Platform for Team Communication and Collaboration"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Teams?

What I like best about Microsoft Teams is how it brings communication, collaboration, and meetings into one platform. It makes it easy to communicate with team members through chat, organize meetings, share files, and collaborate on documents without constantly switching between different applications.

I also like its integration with other Microsoft 365 tools, which makes it especially convenient for day-to-day work and team collaboration. The meeting and screen-sharing features are reliable and easy to use, making Teams a practical solution for both internal communication and remote collaboration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Teams?

Microsoft Teams can feel a little heavy at times, especially when handling multiple chats, meetings, and channels. The number of features can also make the interface feel somewhat overwhelming for new users. I think the navigation and notification management could be more streamlined. "All-in-One Communication and Collaboration with Seamless Microsoft 365 Integration"
5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Teams?

For Microsoft Teams, the thing I like most is that it keeps the day-to-day communication and collaboration in one place. I regularly use it for team chats, meetings, file sharing, and discussions. The integration with Outlook and other Microsoft 365 apps is very convenient, especially for scheduling meetings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Teams?

The main downside for me is that Teams respond a little slowly when there are a lot of chats and notifications going on. Finding older chats or messages sometimes takes a little bit of time. Slowness is the only downside. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Highly Collaborative, Well-Integrated Office365 Experience"
5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Teams?

Highly collaborative and is well integrated in the Office365 Suite and has apps that you can use for collaborative use of other Office365 Products. Can be used for meetings and also have wonderful meeting features that are interactive. Being able to use CoPilot for AI assistance is also a plus and being able to be onboarded on using centralized credentials makes it even greater. Its performance holding up without lags especially with a lot of chat groups, chats, and channels is also likable. I think Teams is actually beneficial to a company of 1000 - 5000 regardless of the price, I believe the values it brings definitely outweigh the cost as it brings about integration, collaboration, innovation, security, centralization, efficiency to say the least. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Teams?

There isn't much on Teams I don't like to be honest, my experiences on it are actually pretty good, I would suggest for some more personalization configurations for individuals who may want to customize themes and the look. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Microsoft Teams: A Centralized Collaboration Hub That Boosts Productivity"
5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Teams?

Microsoft Teams stands out as a centralized collaboration platform. Its strongest features center around productivity, context retention, and system integration The value provided by Microsoft Teams aligns well with its pricing, provided an organization fully uses the broader Microsoft 365 ecosystem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Teams?

Microsoft Teams struggles with high memory usage and sluggish performance, which slows down overall system speed. Its weak search functionality makes finding specific files or messages difficult, while switching between accounts from different organizations requires disruptive app reloads. Additionally, disorganized notifications and channel clutter make it easy to miss important updates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Microsoft Teams Screen Sharing Makes Remote Collaboration Clear and Easy"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Teams?

What I like best about Microsoft Teams is its screen sharing feature during meetings. It makes it easy to share my entire screen or a specific application window, which is very useful when presenting documents, explaining a process, or collaborating with others. I like that I can switch between different content while staying in the same meeting, and participants can follow what I am explaining in real time. The feature is straightforward to access and generally works smoothly without requiring additional software. Screen sharing has been especially helpful for presentations, technical discussions, and remote collaboration because it makes communication much clearer than trying to explain everything through voice or messages alone. I use Microsoft Teams without paying for a separate subscription, and I think it provides very good value for my needs. The communication, meeting, screen sharing, and collaboration features are useful and reliable for everyday use. Having these tools available in one platform saves time and reduces the need to use multiple separate applications. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Teams?

What I dislike about Microsoft Teams is that screen sharing can sometimes become less smooth when the internet connection is unstable. There can be occasional delays or reduced image quality, especially when sharing content with movement or switching quickly between applications. I also think the interface can feel crowded during meetings because there are many controls and options available at the same time. In some situations, finding the correct window to share can take a little extra time. Overall, the screen sharing feature is very useful, but improvements in performance and simplicity would make the experience even better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Microsoft Teams for Client Communication and Team Coordination"
5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Teams?

What I like most about Microsoft Teams is that it brings meetings, chats, calls and file sharing into one place. In my consulting work, I use it regularly for client discussions and internal team coordination. It makes it easier to quickly discuss compliance matters, share documents and follow up on ongoing assignments without having to switch between multiple applications. I feel the value is good for what I pay, especially because I use Teams regularly for client meetings, business messaging and internal coordination. Having meetings, chats, file sharing and collaboration in one platform saves time and makes day-to-day communication easier. Overall, it is a useful tool for managing my consulting work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Teams?

At times, Teams can feel a little heavy, especially when multiple chats, meetings and notifications are active at the same time. The interface can also take some time to get used to when managing many teams and conversations. Apart from that, it works well for my regular client and internal communication needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
