**What do you like best about Method CRM?**

It's easily integrates with my entire team and it makes a very easy to communicate tasks and activities.

The search function could work better when I'm trying to look up companies or parts in the items list.

It helps me as a sales rep stay organized, and it helps me plan my future future activities, and manage projects.

**What do you like best about Method CRM?**

Method has allowed our company to better manage incoming leads by helping us input customer interactions and create follow up activities. This allows us to personalize our interactions with our leads and even our current customers.
Implementing this into our office has allowed for us to nurture and turn quite a few more leads into customers.

**What do you dislike about Method CRM?**

There are a lot of redundancies in estimates to invoices. When one could just create a sales order and send to customer rather than go through all of the prompts to move from estimate to invoicing. Estimates are just estimates and sometimes change when an actual sales order is made. It would make sense to remove the estimates and just have sales orders and invoices.
Anytime we try to do a sync (lead to customer), the server boggs down our system and crashes our computer. We have opted out all together to run syncs for this purpose.

As a small business, we love that Method CRM has a 2-way sync into Quickbooks. The support is very responsive, and will esacalate issues that can't be resolved right away.

**What do you dislike about Method CRM?**

Method CRM is lacking when it comes to project management. We would love a way to organize with photos and show which items have been received in the warehouse.

Our previous program does NOT sync well with QuickBooks, and is requiring a lot of double work for the admin team. We love that Method CRM has a 2-way sync.

it is very user friendly, it pretty much mirrors Quickbooks.  The customization possibilities are nearly endless.  There is a lot that can be done with it.  It's really a great system.

**What do you dislike about Method CRM?**

that some of the options for editing the program are blocked for users and we have to pay customization for it.

**What problems is Method CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

we are able to create estimates from opportunities and turn them into invoices.  Customers are able to approve and pay for invoices from the Method portal.

For our sales campaign, I tried a few different CRMs in the past, but none seemed to function quite as well as Method CRM does. It enables you to obtain more qualified leads and expand your company more quickly.

**What do you dislike about Method CRM?**

Although I like the touch method CRM adds to my leads, I do struggle a bit trying to import data from another platform. That said, I think they have great features and also have room for improvement.

The integration with QBO - Apparebtly I must enter more text than just a few words

**What do you dislike about Method CRM?**

The insability to interact with email.  you can send an email from Method but when the contact response, the only way to capture the resposne is with teh side bar - but there is no way to respojknd with the string.  What a pain!

The formatting on outbaound emails is much too limited.

BTWE - the next Question is prinmary role - I have severakl.....

I like the easy access to different things such as contacts, estimates, and sales orders.  I am able to search for customers or files in a matter of seconds.

I think that this software is good, there is not much I would improve upon.

Only CRM we found that seamlessly transmits and updates quickbooks online donor data and vice versa in both directions. All CRMs, including salesforce, only go in one direction. Data input into method updates customers in quickbooks, and quickbooks updates to customers updates method.

**What do you dislike about Method CRM?**

The pre-made reports require some updates as they are not visually appealing out of the box.

**What problems is Method CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Donor management, retention, and donation reporting with CONTACT information included. Can view new donors over a time period, who donated a period before but not a specific period (donor retention). Additionally, the program is uber easy to use out of the box.

I like the customization of Method the most. Being able to build what you need when you need it has been more then helpful for my team and I.

There isn't much to dislike about Method, I think you must be aware of what you are signing up for. Out of the box, it's not going to be exactly what you need but with the options of the customization, you can build it to your needs.

Method helps us create orders for our customers from start to finish. The backend API plug-ins make everything sync and workin hand in hand.

**What do you like best about Method CRM?**

Before Method CRM we used quickbooks exclusively, taking notes on pads of paper and filing them away. Now, I have customers who call from months or years ago and I can see every phone conversation and the notes that were taken. Every time we went out to the customers house and the reason.  Having this information at our fingertips makes our interactions with customers smooth and professional!

**What do you dislike about Method CRM?**

Method CRM is highly cuzomizable! But as a double edged sword, you almost need to be a coder in order to affectively and efficiently create work flows and reports and porcesses.

**What problems is Method CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One thing our business depends on is accurate scheduling. We schedule different installers sometimes to multiple jobs per day, we also schedule times for our field techs to measure and estimate and dates for our customers to return samples. This is easy and clearly differentiates the different schedules, creating follow -ups when necessary

**What do you like best about Method CRM?**

What I enjoy most about Method CRM is the Acivities feature.  I can make my daily notes, add a follow up time and date, a reminder gets emailed on the due date of the task. Being able to drag emails and other files into the customer's file is so helpful to keep all important files in one place.  I also find that using the  "Tags"  is super helpful when searching for customers that buy certain products.

**What do you dislike about Method CRM?**

I think it would be a nice feature to have the date of  when each contact was entered into the system. This would help indicate if the contact info is current or not.  If and when the contact info is updated then a the date of entry could be refreshed. This would eliminate all the guess work.

**What problems is Method CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

All of the sales team work remotley and are consisently entering all sales calls into the CRM.  Head office can easily follow what's happening with each customer. When sale people are away, their customers can still receive the same level of attention to detail  because of having every little detail contained within the CRM.

**What do you like best about Method CRM?**

I enjoy the user-friendliness of the Method CRM. I was able to learn the whole system within a few weeks of being introduced to it and find it to be very easy to adjust to. I've also reached out to the customer support team (AI bot and live chat) and found answers very easily. I use this system every day and am very happy with how the business is functioning as a result of Method CRM.

**What do you dislike about Method CRM?**

I wish there was an option to add photos in line items as we are an engineering firm and sometimes item descriptions just don't do a product justice.

How we can customize the templates, the features, and works flows for our business.

**What do you dislike about Method CRM?**

The tags on the workflow can be a bit confusing. It would be helpful if the end user support was a more helpful for our core user. As an admin user, this not as much of a problem for me. For the end user, they often have questions that are not in the support center.

Sending Estimate and invoices. We are currently building out features that will save us alot of overhead cost automating processes beyond the CRM that we started out with method.

**What do you like best about Method CRM?**

Very easy to use and navigate. Customer service is easy to access and quick to resond and very knowledgeable. I love how I am able to link my gmail to method so all my sent emails go straight to my sent box in gmail.

**What do you dislike about Method CRM?**

I love everything about Method. The only thing I feel would help is when I do a new activity I would like to see all the past activities right there on that screen instead of just the last activity. It would help me in remembering every interaction I have had with my customer without having to go to a different screen to look at the entire history instead of just the last interaction.

**What problems is Method CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Method helps me keep track of my leads and how many contacts I have made with my customers. It is also very easy to schedule a follow up so I can make sure I do not miss an important follow up.

Method is the first CRM I have used in my professional career. It has been easy to navigate and help manage each and every one of my customers in a timely manner on a day-to-day basis.

The only issue I have seen so far since using Method is the ability to make duplicate customer contacts, however I've recently learned how to resolve that issue which has been helpful.

**What do you like best about Method CRM?**

I will say the chat time is pretty quick to respond to you. For me, Method has been pretty easy to learn. I am now looking to learn to sequence emails to help me get emails out automatically since I have found my way around the platform. I can move around the setup pretty quickly.

**What do you dislike about Method CRM?**

Due to how our company has it set up I would personally want to move things around to make fewer mouse movements and a couple fewer clicks. Im not sure if that is something I can change or if it looks like from the meeting it's our IT side.

**What problems is Method CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Well, it's really a great sales tool. I like the flow of how I have my process down from taking fresh leads putting in notes then being able to set up scheduling call backs. I do want to learn how to sequence emails to save time. This looks a little bit much for me to set up so if I can easy my task on Method I'd love it more. So let's see if we get that set up. Then it's game on.

Method is a very flexible product with seemlingly infinite integration options.  It's intuitive and easy to use, and the more it's used and integrated, the more powerful of a tool it becomes.  All my experiences so far with Method's team from sales to support to programming have been superb.

Some integration and custom programming is necessary to get the best out of Method depending on your existing systems, however, Method has done a good job of making that integration as easy as possible.

We have several other software packages in place that don't integrate well with each other.  Method is the 2-way communication bridge connecting these systems together and giving us complete customer and sales data in one place.

**What do you like best about Method CRM?**

We currently use Method CRM as a Quickbooks replacement for our sales department, and we have noticed an increase in sales support via customizations. We've made automatic email follow-ups, track activities as a KPI measurement, and even email shipping notifications through Method. 

I am responsible for all of our company's back-end coding for Method, and it is almost as robust as a complete coding environment. I've yet to find a hard limitation in this regard.

All in all, Method CRM is customizable to your own particular needs and serves as a competent Quickbooks CRM replacement.

**What do you dislike about Method CRM?**

When looking at Method CRM as an option, it's vital to remember it's a CRM that is still dependent on Quickbooks for Finance.

I would love to see more support for the Financial aspects of Quickbooks as Method CRM, lacks support for Credit Memos and the Accounting aspects are not fully fledged out. 

As well as auditing features such as Quickbooks' Audit Log are present but, again not fully fledged out. 
I've been assured the lovely folks at Method are consistently working on new features.

Our business was fully using Quickbooks prior to Method CRM; through customizations to emailing and Activities we have been able to increase our follow-up percentage and keep our customers engaged with the sales team.  No longer do customers fall by the way side, even if they do not currently need us we have policies and customizations in play that make sure they know we are there for them.

We work with clients and contracts; it is good to have a place where the actual contract goes with the actual job and client (it's called an "Estimate")

**What do you dislike about Method CRM?**

Names of functions do not match how they are understood (i.e. an "Estimate" is the screen that has your AWARDED project, contract, and information about the project; I do NOT think of this as an Estimate.  Also, it's weird to have both a list of Contacts AND a list of Companies) .  Method was very hard to learn and I still feel after two years I don't have a proper grasp of it; just enough to keep my head above water.  You also have to repeat steps; if it' in the proposal stage it goes in as an "Opportunity" and you input ALL the client info.  If you are awarded the job it turns into an "Estimate"; one would think the address, etc. could just copy over but it doesn't; you have to re-enter it all again.

**What problems is Method CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Method, using paper file folders for projects, sometimes if the name of different projects are similar, one can mix up contracts.  With Method, in the "Estimate" for that particular project, only the contract that pertains to that project is uploaded there so there can be no mix ups or incorrect contracts with incorrect projects.  Also, it is nice to be able to record updates on the project and notes and all can see the status.

The customer service is wonderful and between them and their IT team in assisting us our implementation was a breeze. It is only an online platform.  There should be a version of the mobile app that can be used when there is no cell/wifi reception.  Then the app can connect when it gets a good signal.  Good for people in the field.

It simplifies my day-to-day sales operation seamlessly, links to our website so our customers can order and I can keep track of sales flow in Method perfectly! I love the instructional videos Method has to offer, I use these often for training purposes. Method CRM's staff is exceptional at answering questions & concerns promptly as well

**What do you dislike about Method CRM?**

can be slow at times or the connection can lag during updates other than that I have zero complaints, I am not sure what needs to be done to improve this issue? It is not something that disrupts me too often.

**What problems is Method CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

None that I am aware of. I noticed if we do have issues Methods team is very quick to resolve these issues for us. My sales have increased because I can spend more time focusing on my customer's calls while current customers can go to our website and order rather than me having to manually send customers their invoices.

**What do you like best about Method CRM?**

Very easy to sync with Quickbooks Desktop - the best in class in this regard.

**What do you dislike about Method CRM?**

Downside is there is no out of the box subtotaling, unless I missed something. I will have to read a lot of documentation to feel comfortable using the system, but I feel that the resources are appropriate in answering my questions.
Have difficulty entering customers as both customers and vendors, generally have issues with the contacts screen. CRM is not as customizable as we would like, compared to Zoho CRM.

**Recommendations to others considering Method CRM:**

Probably the best out-of the box solution compared to other customizeable CRM tools such as Google Product or Salesforce

**What problems is Method CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Good tool for invoicing, excellent quickbooks integration! Will expand its services to our other AR accounts in the next year or so. New user so still learning.
