Help keeps my customers and home visits totally organized.  Very easy to use and elegant interface.  Sinks well with invoice system.

Not much.  Works very well for all aspects of my business.

It's really hard to keep track of all the visits, work orders, and scheduled service calls.  Method solves that problem for me in one place.  It increases productivity to a great degree.

The most frustrating part with method, is the fact that they just push updates whenever they want to and so what if they crash your system for a while. may be a few minutes or and hour or 2.

I love that I can customize the Method platform to fully fit the unique needs of my sales team. Plus, the customer portal feature is an absolute game-changer, allowing our customers immediate access to their account history and saving my team valuable time in having to pull up old transactions for clients.

There is a bit of a learning curve initially when implementing Method CRM. It's not as intuitive as I would like, especially if you are the one managing the interface. That being said, the customer support team is INCREDIBLE and has been a huge help whenever I have an issue, big or small.

**What problems is Method CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Thanks to Method CRM, I now have a total endpoint CRM solution for my team that fits our unique needs and doesn't break the bank. We are better tracking our customers and sales without having to give salespeople access to QuickBooks.

The only thing we have found that is a little "clunky" is using with outlook for emailing.

Method has chat support available during regular business hours. Chat representatives  are excellent in understanding issues and providing insight or links to the appropriate help articles. In setting up, customizing or utilizing a CRM — this type of support is critical. Method makes this easier by providing this chat support option.

**What do you dislike about Method CRM?**

Currently no complaints. Some things are a bit confusing at first — lead vs contact vs customer, Method's default options being contact-centric rather than company-centric, etc. However, once you read documentation or customer service explains how things work (and implements company-centric options if needed), everything makes sense and works well.

**What problems is Method CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lead and opportunity management. MethodCRM has a simple interface. Once you understand the logic of who/what Method calls particular things/fields in their CRM, the software is easy to use.

How easy it is to use, and how everything can be integrated all in one.  I appreciate very much that they are constantly improving to offer better service making it easier than the cmpatetion.

There's only one thing I don't like and is the fact that I can not use it while offline, in my field of work sometimes it's difficult to get wifi or any cellular data available so this makes it difficult to work

Packed with features and endlessly customizable, yet still simple to use. And the support I received, along with follow-up emails, was incredible.

I like being able to keep all of our information in one location. It's a great convenience to see everything pertaining to an account. Recent conversations and quotes are visible to everyone on your team.

**What do you dislike about Method CRM?**

I dislike that it is not easy to see other information without opening a new window. For example, if I am viewing a customer’s opportunity, I cannot look at the activities or estimates without loosing my view of the opportunity or opening a new screen. It also doesn’t save things as they are changed unless you hit the save button. When viewing the list of opportunities for a contact, I wish I could see more details to pick the one I'd like to open - a preview of the Description would be nice. It would also be great if the main account menu for all other opportunities, estimates, and activities was visible on an opportunity page.

You can mold this to function best for your company. Take advantage of that. Always reach out to them with your questions. Their support team is excellent!

CRM has become easier with the use of activities and the link to our QBO software that allows us to see things in one place. This allows us to also recommend other products that may be beneficial to our customers.

  ### 22. Method - A CRM Experience

**What do you like best about Method CRM?**

Method integrated with our QuickBooks Premier Desktop (2019 and 2022). This makes quotes, invoices, and payments very easy to manage. This sync feature alone has saved us a tremendous amount of time.

The customizations we have made over the last few years have been relatively minor.

**What do you dislike about Method CRM?**

Imports are a bit difficult. There is a lot of customization required to achieve basic functionality. We tried to do some of this ourselves, but the back-end system requires significant understanding before even simple things can be done. 

However, the agent we have worked with is fast and efficient. We accumulate a list of things to do and he knocks them out in a single session.

Email capability and integration is marginally useful.

Communication and activities with leads is cumbersome and not very useful. Emails that are saved to the CRM lose all formatting.

**Recommendations to others considering Method CRM:**

Nutshell and similar web-based CRMs only provide a minor part of the functionality that you may require. Quoting and invoicing are often features that require synchronizing with external partners, increasing the cost and creating a fractured environment. Vtiger was our previous CRM but, it lacked synchronization with QuickBooks.

The one thing that lacks in Method is good integration with individual and group email. However, Method does have a Gmail app that allows emails to be saved as activities associated with a contact. The built-in email features is cumbersome, but others might find it more useful. We just use IMAP clients for our Google Workspace accounts.

**What problems is Method CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping QuickBooks desktop (multi-user installation on our server) in sync with invoices was our biggest inefficiency.

Method Integration Engine runs on my desktop whenever I have QB open. It syncs automatically and I can also trigger the sync and watch the progress.

The simplicity of it, the way it links with outlook so that tasks are efficiently reminded.  Customer service is also VERY good!

**What do you dislike about Method CRM?**

Sometimes I accidentally make a new contact through the outlook add-on and select New Customer instead of Lead.  There is no way to undo this or switch a customer to a lead.  I have to make them inactive and create a new one.  This is kind of tedious and annoying.

General CRM needs, automatically integrating with Quickbooks when a lead becomes a customer.

The customer service is stellar. I have been able to schedule meetings with a representative who really knows the program. She is always so professional and quick to address any questions I have. Although the company has paid plans, they encourage you to use and exhaust many complimentary features that can take you very far. You get to test drive the software and spend time developing an effective action plan.  You can even get a recording of the zoom in order to share with the rest of the team! Fantastic!

Honestly, there is nothing I can say I dislike at this point. Everything promised has been delivered; I haven't encountered an issue that I'd prefer to be handled differently.  I do wish the trial period were longer so that more of my team could experience the software for free as it applies to onboarding.

I was able to self-train and get familiar with the system without fear of making an error. It's easy to navigate and everything is set up in a simple format. Other CRM's have left me feeling lost and needing direction. This has been simple but effective.

My biggest concern is the that when you convert estimates to sales orders and then to invoices you're not able to see what sales order has been converted. There's no reference to the sales order what so ever. I would love to see a clickable button on the invoice/sales orders that show the previous stage of the transaction.

I love the ability to set up email templates with the mail merge feature which uses simple pieces of code to pull info such as the customer's name and business and stick it right into your email saving you from having to modify it each time. I also like how they offer the option to customize the CRM for your needs for an extra fee. They are very quick at answering technical questings in the chat.

There are a few features that I would add as part of some of the apps, but other than that, I am pretty happy.
I would add as standard the creation of bill from purchase orders.
Also, I consider standard to be able to use different templates to print an invoice or bill or purchase order.
Reports seems a little bit underdevelop. I asked customer service about it and they told that I can customize them, so I will work on this customization.

I consider that Method is very easy at start-up, quite simple to understand, and we can work almost immediately with little implementation time. Also, for me, as a QuickBooks user, it is advantageous because the sync app works perfectly.

Sync is just excellent and impressevely quick.

The entire circuit is in the CRM. The main benefit obtained is to have a shared work methodology, order and well-defined processes, which has helped us to implement.
