I love how easy it is to customize the platform. I work with a study abroad company with many different payment nuances, and it has made the process much easier. Before adding Method, we were solely using Quickbooks and another CRM. We would send students emails with the link to Quickbooks and instruct them to pay on our website. Now, it is integrated where the student can pay on Method's portal easily. It is so helpful that they can see all of their past payments, current invoices, and future ones. We also have found that the price is very affordable, and the site rarely lags, especially when our whole team is on the platform. Currently, we have a specialized customizer consultant that is able to create iterations that work perfectly for us. She understands our needs and implements them, and even has ideas to make our processes easier. Method also has a support live chat. It starts with the AI bot, which can be helpful, but if that doesn't work, their team of humans is also right there and easily reachable.

The most helpful thing about method is the external cost input directly calculated into the invoice. Saves a lot of time.

I like Method CRM's native two-way sync with QuickBooks, which eliminates duplicate data entry for our building materials orders and contractor accounts. It automatically pushes estimates to QuickBooks and updates payment status back in our CRM, giving our team a full view of client orders, delivery status, and outstanding balances in one spot. This feature prevents costly mismatches that could delay material shipments and saves us time as we don't have dedicated IT staff.
