We are most impressed by the 2 way syncing Method does with our Quickbooks Desktop. It works great! Also we really like the amount of customization that is able to be done to tailor the CRM to our exact needs.

Customers can pay through a branded portal, we can collect deposits, and payments sync back to QuickBooks, which makes the whole process feel so much smoother from start to finish. It is now our single source for workflow and communications. Method CRM has been incredibly adaptable to our needs. It was extremely easy to implement and integrate with Quickbooks Desktop (where MANY softwares won’t). The potential and customizations are ENDLESS, and we can clearly see how it can grow with our business as we fine-tune or adjust our workflow. Method’s customer support has been outstanding as well. Even their AI chat bot is the most intelligent and efficient bot I have ever communicated with! Their help center, video tutorials, live chat, and expert consultants—everyone has been so professional, helpful, and intuitive. They really want you to succeed. Moving to a cloud platform was intimidating at first, but Method is always performing smoothly and quickly. It updates me quicker than my team can from out in the field. Pricing is great as well! We front loaded customizations to create different apps we wanted, and it was still cheaper than other custom software!
