The auto task tracking with the integrations for ingestions allowing a detailed view of my time from multiple sources in one view. For example, the apps on my PC alongside my calendar from outlook but also the calls I was on in teams. It allows me to easily highlight where my time is going, but moreso highlighting multitasking for double billing and also, but easily quantify and highlighted unproductive draws on my time, especially as a Team Lead interacting with multiple other departments. Memtime is an easy software to navigate and implement, it operates in the background, tracking usage automatically so you don't have to remember to start or stop it. This feature makes it easier for us to capture work that might otherwise be forgotten. This has helped us recover 'lost' billable hours by the software automatically capturing the work we have forgotten to log. Additionally, the software supports integration with various other programs, which is particularly helpful when working with different clients. Another big positive is that all tracking data is stored on your device, not on a cloud based serve - which only yourself can access. The Customer support team are helpful with any queries, whether this be navigating the software or general help and support.
