It integrates with my Xero Projects which means that creation of invoices at the month end or when a porject is complete is much aless time-consuming and far more accurate. Ensures that all daily time is billed and not forgetten. It aslo shows how much billable time you have had per day which is quite an eye eopenber and has helped with planning workloads and look at most productive times of the day. The customer support is fantastic. **What do you dislike about Memtime?** Cannot work on multiple workspaces, like PC and laptop. It was super easy to install, is always running and easily integrates into my timesheet application. I am constantly moving between tasks and have been looking for a tool to help me out with tracking those movements. Memtime definitely fits the bill for my daily activities. TimeBro tracks my work without my thinking much about it. It's super easy to use once it's set up (it took me a tiny bit to figure that out, but their customer support was outstanding). I love that it integrates with other apps. I've integrated it with Harvest (which TimeBro's superb customer support also helped me with), so I can seamlessly do invoicing and time analytics there. **What do you dislike about Memtime?** This is not a "dislike," but a feature request: I would love TimeBro more if it remembered the project & task I've assigned to a computer activity, and later automatically assigned or suggest the same project & task to future activities (i.e., same file name, same app usage, same calendar event title, etc). No need of taking care of starting or ending any records - everything happens automatically. Projects can be imported from other services (e. g. mite, JIRA) and you can assing your records very easily to your projects and even export everything back into mite. This is really great and saves us a lot of time AND money! During our test period the half of our support staff mentioned that a least one hour per week would not have been billed if they did not found it in timeBro. So with a team of 10 this means 5 hours more per week which can be billed. This alone is more then a refund of the monthly costs of timeBro. What I also like very much is the intend and quick reaction of the support. I got a very detailed onboarding session where I learned a lot about timeBro. And I also got very quick responses to some improvement suggestions. **What do you dislike about Memtime?** The usage of connected apps, the import stuff and so on is not very intuitive. Without the onboarding session I would not have recognized all the possibilities. With some staff members we hat problems with the import of projects and sometimes a window was frozen when timeBro was active. Probably still some bugs - but I am very confident that these will be gone soon. **What problems is Memtime solving and how is that benefiting you?** The time tracking is automated - there is no need of starting or ending any processes. This leads to a reliable time tracking and to more billable hours. The functionality fits my ADHD brain so well and I know it has already saved me from losing many billable hours in just the first three days I’ve used it. It is easy to use and works as I expected – and in some ways, even better! And then I received an email from an account manager asking if I needed any help. It felt personal and useful, not another canned sales email. It convinced me to sign up for the paid version immediately. The moment you cancel your subscription, before renewal, you will be confronted with a three months cancellation period, that supposedly is hidden in the "small letters". This is as you all know not the industry standard for online tools. This is how publishers in the 80s and 90s tried to scam their customers into paying extra years of subscription. Obviously I informed the company about this and you can find more bad reviews on this company if you google!
