What do you like best about Knowify?

The platform is lean and agile in getting the data to be useful. Even better is the tech support, where you can actually communicate with a real person.. The tech team is responsive and patient even when I ask rookie questions. On the rare occasion that I stump them, they happily pass along ideas to the development crew who will work them into version upgrades. Or they can tell me that what I ask for is not available (yet). What do you dislike about Knowify?

"Excellent Customer Service"

What do you like best about Knowify?

Knowify has excellent customer service. They are quick to respond and stay with the question until your have a solution that works for you. Overall the sync with QuickBooks Online is great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Knowify?

The accounting side of Knowify is not it's strength. I would like to see:

- an easy way to adjust the sales tax to match the vendor bill.

- Only received PO items to populate the bill

- keyboard short cuts for faster data entry

- Send customer deposits invoices manually. They are sent automatically based on project start date and I'm not notified that they've gone out, or even that the project manager has set up a deposit so I can expect it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Knowify solving and how is that benefiting you?

Knowify is an important part of our tech stack. It's great for time tracking, PO's and project cost tracking, and reporting our job profitability. We have not been able to get the scheduling feature to work the way we need it to, and we do our estimating outside of Knowify as well. What do you like best about Knowify?

I like that it integrates with Quickbooks and that all project expenses are tracked against the project budget. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Knowify?

I feel as though there are some key features that are not available. I am hoping that some of those features are being developed. Scheduling and Tasks are the two biggest issues. There are just not enough features here. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Knowify?

Software is easy to learn and use. It streamlines many of our old processes. Ability to generate and send proposals and invoices from within Knowify is great! Also, love the integration with Intuit Quickbooks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Knowify?

Some limitations vs other more robust software packages. Estimates/proposals are easy to generate but Knowify lacks capabilities to sum up gross margin when it varies across multiple line items. Software doesn't currently have the ability to upload pricing lists from various suppliers/vendors; instead each item needs to be manually entered. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Knowify?

Quick customer service by an associate who I have a long term working relationship with enabling communcation without the wasted time of introduction, explanation and establishment of joint knowledge. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Knowify?

I wish I could email Ronald directly without having to use a general email address through the help function within the app. Many of my needs can easily be handled by a quick email or reply to a previous thread. This is possible through the systems followup emails but I am unable to initiate an email directly with Ronald himself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Knowify?

Limited ability to self-serve and or edit simple features that require a support request. Also, it would be great if the address filed of project would also sync with QBO, currently that field does not sync for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Knowify?

Knowify is great for tracking and planning the projects. The job costing definitely helps our company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Knowify?

You have to do things a bit differently than we are used to doing. An example is that if you want information on a purchase order you would not necessarily go to the project, you would go to purchase orders and search there. More search based than project drop down. Also, some of the information has to be accessed through reports (Excel) when it should be there for you to see. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
