
As a user of the platform, the most helpful aspect is definitely the people. I have NEVER called and gotten a half-hearted response from anyone I've spoken with. From the front-end sales to the customer support, every area knows their product, knows how to support it, and knows their customers and the needs they are likely to have. No question brought to them has ever received a frustrated answer, and believe me, I struggle retaining what I've been shown or told just once, so I know what it feels like for people to become frustrated. I'm a return user after being away from the LEVELSET for a year or so, and maybe I'm not recalling this issue perfectly, but it seems there was a way to edit information already entered, but the edit button was sort of hidden inside of something else. It always took me two or three tries to find that edit button. I often felt it could probably have been a little cleaner or at least more straightforward to find the edit.
