
1. Job Costing information and how it's displayed. We can see at a glance how we are doing at any point in the job.
2. Integration with QuickBooks. QuickBooks doesn't have the job costing abilities we needed, but we need to use it for our accounting.
3. The Support Team - There was quite a learning curve for us because we had been using an antiquated system. We had also been doing things in an old way. Our Knowify Coach helped us identify some of those things and showed us easier ways to run our business.
4. Knowify has customized templates and helped us with our internal workflows to be more efficient.
5. Once we have been trained and have been using it for awhile, it's easy to use. It took us a while to really understand, but that's expected when starting a new system.
6. The training and support team have been been available for any training session we've needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There was a report I wanted, but it couldn't be done. I'd still like to be able to run a phase report for specific time periods without having to download it and sort it by date and then delete the dates that I don't want.
However, my team did explain to me that most people just look at the percentage done and use that for invoicing. But, sometimes, you just need to be able to double check things by date. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
