User-friendly overall, and the implementation process was fairly quick. The support team is very responsive. Integration with Zapier, and more recently the MCP connectors to work with Claude, is very convenient for setting up automations or querying complex data from Knowify without much hassle. I also appreciate the frequent updates to both existing and new features. Pricing is decent compared with other software. Being a cloud-based SaaS makes it easy to work from pretty much anywhere with an internet connection.

Knowify Covers All the Bases with Straightforward Workflows and Phenomenal Support
Knowify does the best job of "covering all the bases" of any construction accounting program I've used. All my regular tasks have an easy way to record project info that becomes accessible to all users. While my tasks are primarily limited to purchasing and inventory, I have reviewed most of the other apps, and they seem to be as complete and straightforward as the ones I use daily.
Support is phenomenal! Quick responses and follow-ups.
