What do you like best about Knowify?

The most vital part of knowify is the ability to sync across different departments, and have tracking of all activities from time entries, to purchases, to change orders. Invoicing is a breeze with all the data existing within the system Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Knowify?

Unfortunately it takes some time to learn about how markups are handled and presented within the Time and Materials contracts. It would be great to have more insight on that because it differs from how quoted projects are handled. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Knowify?

I like how detailed the site is without being too cluttered. Everything is right where it should be.

What do you dislike about Knowify?

If you put your computer to sleep, and come to work the next day and wake your computer, Knowify may experience a lot of lag or some glitches and I find I am better off opening a new page instead of directly continuing where I left off. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Knowify?

The thing I like most about Knowify is that it is an easy system to use (very user-friendly), and it allows me to use AIA invoicing for my commercial clients, so there is no need for another system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Knowify?

The thing I dislike most about Knowify is the mobile app. It's great for field workers, but as an admin, it doesn't allow me full functionality on my mobile phone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Knowify?

Excellent budgeting and invoicing features, great customer service and customization avaible when required, very user friendly and interates well with quickbooks Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

only downside I run into is sometimes invoices/expenses are 1 -3 cents off when intergrating with quickbooks, but this is easy to resolve Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
