It would be nice to have even more advanced analytics, but the current features already cover our main needs.

Juno Journey helps us break down office borders and make knowledge truly accessible. We can easily manage product enablement and compliance for example, track learning progress, and encourage peer-to-peer knowledge sharing. The platform has made it much easier to launch new programs and involve instructors from all over the organization, which has really boosted engagement and collaboration.

Juno Journey has made a real difference in how we manage onboarding and learning at Huuuge Games. The platform’s automated onboarding workflows have helped us get new hires up to speed much faster.
I love how easy it is to create and assign learning content, and the integration with our HR systems saves us a lot of manual work.
The reporting features are robust and make it simple to keep leadership informed about progress and engagement. We are now testing the Personal Development Plans formation and hope they will bring impact too.

I had trouble paying for some udemy courses that were on sale.
My local currency price on udemy (ILS) didn't match the USD price shown in Juno.
I got a quick response from Juno support but the issue was not resolved and I did not hear back from the support,
It was a bit difficult to understand how to reedem the voucher, would rather it be more fluent (maybe even just make it easier to copy the credit card details into Udemy).

Juno Journey has completely transformed our approach to onboarding and professional development.

The automation of onboarding journeys is a game changer—every new hire now receives a personalized experience tailored to their site or region, which saves us so much manual work.
Having all our learning resources and knowledge in one place has made it much easier to manage and share information across the company.
The platform’s flexibility allows us to create role-specific journeys for sales, P&E, CIO, and more, which was impossible before.
The AI agents (Jemma, Jaden, Jasmine, Jeremy) are genuinely helpful for building, finding, and checking content.
I also see great promise in the PDP feature for future development.

**What do you dislike about Juno Journey?**

Nothing major comes to mind. If anything, I’m looking forward to seeing the PDP feature mature and expand.

**What problems is Juno Journey solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Juno, our onboarding was just a static website—no automation, no personalization, and everything was scattered. Now, onboarding is automated and tailored, and all our knowledge is centralized. We’ve saved significant time on admin tasks, improved employee engagement, and finally have the insights we need to make better decisions. The learning culture at JFrog has noticeably improved, and our professional onboarding is now organized and role-specific.

The main limitation we’ve experienced is around customization of branding. Specifically, we would prefer if all emails and the training portal could be fully hosted under our own subdomain instead of using Juno’s domain. We also use Juno Journey to train our customers on our product, and it’s made delivering and managing customer education much more efficient. Tracking certification is also simple so I always know where our employees and customers stand.

It's not so much about personal preference, but I do wish there were an onboarding process feature similar to the Development plan feature. Having this would significantly improve engagement and make tracking much easier. At the moment, we use a journey for onboarding, but it isn't very convenient to build and track.
