**What do you like best about Juno Journey?**

Juno Journey has made a real difference in how we manage learning and knowledge sharing.
•	It’s so much easier to launch new training initiatives and keep track of employee progress.
•	The platform centralizes all our resources, making knowledge accessible to everyone, no matter which office they’re in.
•	I love how simple it is to onboard instructors from different teams, which really helps us share expertise across the company.
•	The reporting and compliance tracking features save us a ton of time and give us real visibility into our learning programs.

**What do you dislike about Juno Journey?**

It would be nice to have even more advanced analytics, but the current features already cover our main needs.

**What problems is Juno Journey solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Juno Journey helps us break down office borders and make knowledge truly accessible. We can easily manage product enablement and compliance for example, track learning progress, and encourage peer-to-peer knowledge sharing. The platform has made it much easier to launch new programs and involve instructors from all over the organization, which has really boosted engagement and collaboration.

**What do you like best about Juno Journey?**

•	The platform makes it much easier to curate and assign learning content, especially when integrating with providers like Udemy and LinkedIn Learning.
•	I really appreciate how simple it is to access a wide variety of learning resources all in one place and to create content.
•	The ability to create custom content and build structured learning paths is intuitive and user-friendly.

**What do you dislike about Juno Journey?**

Ideally, we would love to see more Romanian content providers integrated into the platform to cater to local needs.

**What problems is Juno Journey solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Juno Journey has helped us save significant time on content curation and made it much easier to provide employees with relevant and user-centric learning opportunities. The increased engagement and the ability to offer a broader range of resources have made a real difference in our upskilling efforts.

**What do you like best about Juno Journey?**

Juno Journey has made a real difference in how we manage onboarding and learning at Huuuge Games. The platform’s automated onboarding workflows have helped us get new hires up to speed much faster.
I love how easy it is to create and assign learning content, and the integration with our HR systems saves us a lot of manual work.
The reporting features are robust and make it simple to keep leadership informed about progress and engagement. We are now testing the Personal Development Plans formation and hope they will bring impact too.

Nothing major comes to mind. The platform covers our needs well.

Juno Journey has reduced our onboarding time for new hires and made it easier to track learning progress across the company. The platform makes it easy to design onboarding programs for new hires and create level-specific progression journeys.
Tracking and reporting on learning progress is straightforward, which saves a lot of time.
The overall experience is intuitive and helps us focus on what matters most: developing our people.

I'd love more customized reporting and analytics within courses.

Juno Journey has helped us speed up onboarding for new hires and made it much easier to keep track of learning progress. Upskilling is more effective, and our employees are more engaged with their development. The platform supports our L&D goals and makes the whole process smoother. We utilize Juno for educating employees on product releases and track their understanding in knowledge checks.

Juno Journey has made it so much easier to manage our learning content and compliance requirements. As an admin, 

•	The reporting and analytics features are a huge time saver, especially for compliance and audit needs.
•	Integration with our HRIS works smoothly, which means less manual work and fewer errors.
•	Assigning and tracking mandatory training is straightforward,

**What do you dislike about Juno Journey?**

It would be helpful to have more advanced customization options for dashboards, but overall, the platform meets our needs well.

Also, from an admin perspective, it would be great to have more access to modify and customize additional features within the platform.

**What problems is Juno Journey solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Juno has helped us save significant time on content management and reporting. We’re able to easily sync user data and automate learning assignments through our HRIS platforms. The platform has made it simpler to track mandatory training and certification renewals, which is a big win for our HR operations.

variety of content  and a rich catalog of courses, good UX and search

**What do you dislike about Juno Journey?**

I had trouble paying for some udemy courses that were on sale.
My local currency price on udemy (ILS) didn't match the USD price shown in Juno.
I got a quick response from Juno support but the issue was not resolved and I did not hear back from the support,
It was a bit difficult to understand how to reedem the voucher, would rather it be more fluent (maybe even just make it easier to copy the credit card details into Udemy).

**What do you like best about Juno Journey?**

Juno Journey has completely transformed our approach to onboarding and professional development.

The automation of onboarding journeys is a game changer—every new hire now receives a personalized experience tailored to their site or region, which saves us so much manual work.
Having all our learning resources and knowledge in one place has made it much easier to manage and share information across the company.
The platform’s flexibility allows us to create role-specific journeys for sales, P&E, CIO, and more, which was impossible before.
The AI agents (Jemma, Jaden, Jasmine, Jeremy) are genuinely helpful for building, finding, and checking content.
I also see great promise in the PDP feature for future development.

**What do you dislike about Juno Journey?**

Nothing major comes to mind. If anything, I’m looking forward to seeing the PDP feature mature and expand.

**What problems is Juno Journey solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Juno, our onboarding was just a static website—no automation, no personalization, and everything was scattered. Now, onboarding is automated and tailored, and all our knowledge is centralized. We’ve saved significant time on admin tasks, improved employee engagement, and finally have the insights we need to make better decisions. The learning culture at JFrog has noticeably improved, and our professional onboarding is now organized and role-specific.

**What do you like best about Juno Journey?**

Juno Journey has been a great solution for building and delivering customer training on our platform. We really appreciate the flexibility it provides when designing learning paths, and the overall user experience is smooth and intuitive. It helps us onboard and educate customers efficiently while keeping the process simple.

**What do you dislike about Juno Journey?**

The main limitation we’ve experienced is around customization of branding. Specifically, we would prefer if all emails and the training portal could be fully hosted under our own subdomain instead of using Juno’s domain. Having this option would give us more control over the customer experience and strengthen the brand consistency.

**What problems is Juno Journey solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Juno Journey helps us deliver knowledge, training, and certifications to both our customers and employees in a simple and intuitive way. It makes the learning experience seamless and easy to adopt. The feedback we’ve received from our customers has been outstanding, which reinforces the value of using the platform.

Juno Journey has made managing our learning budgets and credits easier.
The platform saves a lot of time when allocating budgets to different teams
I can easily track how learning credits are being used across the company
Visibility into our learning spend has improved, which helps with planning and decision-making
Employees are using their learning credits more, which is great to see

The platform covers our needs for budget and credit management, but ideally I'd love to have a more customized dashboard

Juno Journey has reduced the manual work involved in budget allocation and tracking. It’s made it much easier to report to finance and keep an eye on how learning resources are being used. The increased transparency and efficiency have been a big win for our HR and L&D operations

Juno Journey has become a key part of our HR and L&D strategy. The platform makes it easy to create personalized development plans and map learning directly to career paths, which is exactly what we need for effective talent development.

The ability to support succession planning is a real differentiator
Engagement and retention have improved since we started using Juno
The platform is intuitive and aligns well with our business needs.
We got a dedicated client success manager who is on our side at all times. Since the implementation our experience has been collaborative, supportive and impactful. On top of all that, Juno has proven to be a solid partner for our development needs.

Nothing I dislike so far. Everything works as expected for our needs.
