I appreciate how the chatbot’s scalability allows it to handle high volumes of questions without delays, ensuring students and employees always get quick support even during closures. The built-in chat history helps people easily revisit previous answers, reducing repeat questions and improving user confidence. Its multi-language support makes information more accessible to our diverse community, and seamless integration with Banner allows students to receive accurate, real-time information without navigating multiple systems. The two-way messaging functionality still needs improvement, particularly because it requires too much manual intervention to send messages to students, making the process inefficient for staff. In addition, the chatbot’s analytics are not very user friendly, and some data cannot be exported, limiting the ability to track trends or share insights.
